Did we ever see him 'crying' about the missing family in early interviews? I never did. I did see him calling Summer crude names though, while he was supposedly worried for them.

It's interesting you would say that because the jury maintained eye contact with her at all times and hung on her every word.

I suspect in comparison to the Defense style maybe the jury loved the Prosecution's style.

I wish I had gotten to see the Defense closing because it would have given me a better perspective. Hearing just the prosecution side today for the first time, I realize I was only getting impressions from the Prosecution side and I had nothing to compare it to.

Had I heard the defense closing yesterday, maybe I would have loved her style today.

Yes it’s crazy that each state can have their own rules as well. I like the UK system better and it’s much easier to understand and doesn’t chop and change. It also must be a lot easier for lawyers and so forth that they don’t have to keep track of what’s happening in different states. Just a set bunch of rules for everybody.

True. But the UK population is 66 million and the US is 329 million. So it is easier to get 66 million all on the same page than it is 329 million, all spread out, and becoming states in different decades.

1. Enhanced Driver's License (EDL): EDLs indicate both citizenship and identity. Valid for entry into Canada by land or sea, though not valid for international air travel. As of January 2009, only available in Washington and New York states, but coming to Vermont. See individual state licensing departments for more info.

The EDL is an add on to a regular drivers license that requires the same documents as a passport or an actual passport to acquire. It isn't just some ordinary license. It was NOT available in California in 2010. Only issued starting a few months ago.

What's your point? California still hasn't got their act together in issuing the EDL. They issue them and say oops, it still isn't correct.
