What else can be said? We have felt everything from terribly sorry for her to being upset when she laughed inappropriately. By God's grace, I am not in her shoes. Must be horrible to know your family member committed such a horrendous murder. It is what it is. Jodi had a choice. She chose to slaughter someone.

Yes, I must leave here shortly to meet my hubby at an Italian steakhouse for a party hosted by a certain red-headed defense attorney by the name of Raymond Giudice (pronounced jew-dich-ay). Nancy Grace watchers might remember him as someone who often subjected himself to her verbal abuse shortly after she declared, "Unleash the lawyers!"

So, alas, I must delay gratification, and watch the balance of Mr. Juanderful's closing arguments <gulp> AFTER the fact. :tantrum:

But while I'm at the aforementioned party and away from all of you, I'll be dressed in royal blue, and my thoughts and prayers will be focused on JUSTICE FOR TRAVIS! :rockon:

LOL ... If only there was a chance you might meet NG herself, but we all know she is CAMPED OUTSIDE of the courthouse.

You should definetly consider dropping some Nancy-isms into conversation with Raymond G if you find yourself speaking with him... "Unleash the discussion!" .... "I disagree with you and I'm going to cut your mic."
I wonder how he would respond to that in real life.

If you see fellow NG panelist at the party, human legal poet, Sue Moss, PLEASE ask her to sign a cocktail napkin "To Lotus" and dedicate with one of her legal limericks to me. I admire her rhyming ability.

The Jodi show is almost over! I like how Juan tells the jury of Jodi's signed manifesto and love of the limelight. He is taking us through the premeditation and the emphasizing the lies to the jury (let alone all the others). Today Travis has a life and a voice and support from many.

I think Jodi got off on sexually corrupting Mormon guys - it gave her a sense of sexual power to be able to make them break a religious covenant and made her feel irresistible feeding her personality disorders (plural). She used that power - probably telling Travis friends with benefits was OK, I mean, once they'd "gone there" why not? He was wrong, but he was not abnormal. Jodi is the abnormal one here.

I hope Juan talks about how she was strong enough to cut off sex with her ex when she met Travis. Apparently she can say no.

I think for those on the jury who despise Jodi, Juan's sarcasm is a relief for them - something they've been thinking but haven't been able to say.

I can't watch this afternoon because I have a final tomorrow and have to study. I can't see anything more until tomorrow after 3:00 p.m.

Keep the candle burning for Travis and his family. This day has been a long time coming.

Prayers to them and all those who knew and loved Travis.

Does anyone know where I can view evidence #653 and 654, also I know they have Walmart review each REGISTER for returns but in my experience only the customer service desk does returns. Not that I believe she returned it, but hoping this doesn't come around to bite Juan on the butt.

Yes, the rental car was missing floor mats when returned.

no mats and there were red (???) kool aid looking stains & stuff on the seats
and although she told the car rental place she was just driving locally there were 2,000 + miles from her road trip on the car.
and she had dark hair?

Could it just possibly be the case that Sandy Arias has finally been faced with the reality that. yes, her daughter Jodi, is indeed a monster? Could it be that she is emotionally overwhelmed at the prospect of her daughter being sentenced to death? Could it be that the courthouse is busting out at the seams and she had to get outside before she "lost it " in front of the media throng? I really find it in poor taste to continually denigrate Jodi's family members. Leave them alone, they did not kill Travis Alexander.

I'm sure the "it isn't her fault" over and over rang the truth bell for Sandy.

Remember the DT going on about how there was the possibility of a juror seeing Juan signing signatures and how wrong he was? If it's true, they've put JA's mom in the same spot. Planning seems to run well with this lot

But you have a point, usually municipalities restrict skate boarders from shopping centers.:blushing:

Here's what keeps me up nights:
The three most spectacular murder trials within the past 20 years:
OJ Simpson
KC Anthony
JA

We all knew OJ and KC were guilty just as we know JA is guilty. And, we know the verdicts in two out of three of these trials. Despite overwhelming evidence two murderers were set free. Who knows what causes a jury to make the decisions it does. So, I'm worried now.

I'm not. The average murderer (or even above- or below-average murderer), psycho or not, usually does not take photos of the murder IN PROGRESS. She has NO defense for what she did. Certainly she went far, Far, FAR beyond what would have been necessary to defend herself if he had attacked her (just in case someone on the jury has a doubt that he DID attack her).
