I find it terrifying that JA feels no remorse for stabbing and slitting Travis' throat. No remorse. She makes FU gestures in court, smirks and gossips and stares down people she doesn't like.

She needs to be on death row ASAP.

Crying looking at texts? Hmm.. seems kinda weird to me. They've seen pictures of him dead and they haven't cried. His SISTERS were crying when the texts were up though.

I saw Samantha crying when JM read the text about Travis telling her in the IM that she, ja, was the worst thing that ever happened to him.....

Does anyone know where I can view evidence #653 and 654, also I know they have Walmart review each REGISTER for returns but in my experience only the customer service desk does returns. Not that I believe she returned it, but hoping this doesn't come around to bite Juan on the butt.

I don't have the evidence numbers you are looking for, but JM went through each register including the ones at customer service. He went through them all so she could not claim she went to a different register instead of customer service.

Is HLN trying to cause a mistrial. I just saw JVM in front of the courthouse where they are setting up the HLN AFTER DARK mock courtroom with jury box included. She said it will be a special 2 hour show tonight....I can't believe that would be allowed.

Yeahhh...I really wish they wouldnt. Hate to keep bringing it up, but I believe they did that for the Caylee fiasco too. I thought it was wrong then, and I still think its wrong.

I am not one bit worried anymore. Juan Martinez has made everything crystal clear. The motive and the premeditation are solid to everyone now.

The most touching is to know that Travis is in the courtroom today. His words live on, beyond the grave, to point directly to Jodi, the very person who took his life. No one can deny Travis is trying to tell us who killed him in such an evil way.

I have to laugh on how each point he hits home he's MOCKING JA's explanation.

Oh, and also fwiw, I saw a tweet a few minutes ago that said some jurors were crying looking at the texts and JA was TRYING to eek out a tear.

Interesting .... Jean C. stated that the empty seats behind JA's family could be due to the fact that many times the visitors say bad things about JA....and the court is trying to protect the family from listening to the negatative comments about JA.

Am I losing my mind or? I thought she did testify that she kept the CD's packed, as she never knew when she'd be seeing him again, or something similar. How convenient. Does anyone else remember that? So that it was in her luggage or whatever, not kept in her car.

I might be misremembering (flashback from CA case, LOL).

In any regard, I'm so pleased at how Juan is doing. :rockon:

Also, remember JA confirmed (via her testimony) that the pics were in CD form when she recalled that on June 4th she gave TA the cds so he could upload the content (their vaca pics) to his computer and somehow there was a problem (uploading the content) so TA took and threw the cd against his office wall in an angered rage. I think the problem was that she had scratched the cds or something and that his computer couldn't read the data off the cd's because of the scratches. She also claimed that TA was PO'ed about her scratching them... So if we are to go on what JA herself has testified to, there is no way that the duhfense can say that the pics were on her laptop and not in cd form.

Thanks for this JustJudy because I knew I remembered we talked about the CDs before, I had just forgotten that back in February I questioned why Jodi would have brought the CDs with her if she wasn't planning to visit! Glad Juan mentioned it as an important part of the premeditation!
