I think she may have turned 'tricks' for money and admitted to Travis (so he would feel sorry for her or help her financially or both) or he found out somehow. I have thought this from the get-go. MOO

I've thought that too along with other posters on here.
I doubt she admitted it. If she did it is because he caught her in one of her lies.

On the other hand if it is true then where are her "tricks"?

Could it just possibly be the case that Sandy Arias has finally been faced with the reality that. yes, her daughter Jodi, is indeed a monster? Could it be that she is emotionally overwhelmed at the prospect of her daughter being sentenced to death? Could it be that the courthouse is busting out at the seams and she had to get outside before she "lost it " in front of the media throng? I really find it in poor taste to continually denigrate Jodi's family members. Leave them alone, they did not kill Travis Alexander.

The metaphorical day of judgment is at hand. She's facing the reality that it's all over except the shouting and the die is cast. I think she is soberly reflecting on the possibility that -even assuming she totally believes Jodi - that Jodi could be convicted. I'm like others, a bit torn on how I feel about her.... her occasional behavior in the courtroom has been terrible, and she bears a lot of the responsibility for the woman her daughter turned out to be, but at the same time mothers are blind to their children's faults, and this has to be very hard. She's facing a lifetime of punishment too.

I never realized that when she got stopped in Utah, the officer noticed that she had a plate inside the car! He/She must have reported on this so that's why she had to make this particular lie so elaborate!

:blushing:

I thought he pulled her over simply because her back plate was upside down, no problem with the front.JM asked if Utah required front and back plates (they do.) She told him her "friends must have played a joke on her." He said he remembered this stop because it was the first time in his career he had ever pulled over for an upside down plate. Gave her warning. But I might not be recallling correctly.

Now I'll have to find out for sure...

...I bet she wasn't alone....:floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

The reflection in her eye was actually badgeman!

Seriously, I hope Juan's looking up that testimony and is going to tell the jury to ask for day 26 of the trial testimony and to look at whatever the court time is to see the Salinas gas can testimony by Jodi.

Another part I liked: JM highlighting the fact that Jodi had to go out of town to rent a car!
Oh what the heck, the whole thing was brilliant.

Does ANYONE have a streaming link that doesn't loop/cut out, etc.??? I have tried CBS 15, WAT, AZfamily, and ustream has been telling me that there is no live feed for two days...TIA

I'm of no help. All of the links I've tried today have had bad skipping. I don't know if it's my puter or the sites are just overloaded.

Does anyone know where I can view evidence #653 and 654, also I know they have Walmart review each REGISTER for returns but in my experience only the customer service desk does returns. Not that I believe she returned it, but hoping this doesn't come around to bite Juan on the butt.

Customer service and every register in the building was checked for over a week. There's nothing gonna bite JM anywhere :) LOL

As usual, the DT are the last ones to remember the stories spewing forth from their delightful client.

Jodi was relentless in her correction of Juan on cross about this episode--he said it was a "backhand across the face" and Jodi said no it was "a hit or slap to the neck" whatever the heck that means.

She's an idiot who cannot reign herself in--she feels the need to "one-up" Juan (in her mind) without realizing she is digging her own grave.

Yeah, another weird story from her. It's so odd that I think there's a grain of truth to it in that Travis probably hit her there but did it accidentally. I mean, it's such a strange place to hit someone if you're angry at them.

It's got to be hitting her that there is no more evidence coming in. As long as there is another day you can believe that there is something exculpatory out there or some way it can all be spun so that her daughter isn't the monster she's alleged to be. With the end of testimony she has to be realizing there is no other way to view the evidence.

no mats and there were red (???) kool aid looking stains & stuff on the seats
and although she told the car rental place she was just driving locally there were 2,000 + miles from her road trip on the car.
and she had dark hair?

I love how JM is putting this all together. even stuff we haven't obsessed over.

I hope he clears up the issue with that doggone Helio phone... :twocents:

A Walmart manager was on the stand last week. She thoroughly researched whether a return had occurred within the store JA swore she returned it to, and nada. The return never happened within the time frame JA testified to. This can only come back to bite JA on the 🤬🤬*.

is he in one of these pictures? The guy behind the lady in green and 2nd one in the front row on the right side??

Yes--he's on the far right with a light mustache in the pic on the right.

I missed the whole morning. *pout*

But I'm watching highlights on HLN, and Juan just said Alyce can read minds in the past. LOL!

I just don't know what KN can do now ..I would be shaken in my boots if I was him.
