While Juan is wrapping everything up in a nice little package for the jury, Nurmi will be throwing little pieces of BS at them hoping it sticks to at least one of them.

It does seem terribly impossible to recover from this. I don't like the DT but I don't envy them. Their last ditch effort to free Jodi, they have to give it all they got I guess.

I am anxious to know that JA is on Death Row, but I have to confess...this may make me appear to be an odd cupcake, but I am way liking the lag time between conviction and her ride to the Big House...Sheriff Joe A said that as soon as she is convicted, she will remain at Estrella awaiting the sentence...and she will immediately be on his Chain Gang.... I don't know why that tickles me so much, but it sure does

Customer service and every register in the building was checked for over a week. There's nothing gonna bite JM anywhere LOL

Inventory was also checked for over a week. No inventory records showed a gas can coming back into inventory. Inventory is distinct from transactions. So, she checked for it two different ways.

I've thought that too along with other posters on here.
I doubt she admitted it. If she did it is because he caught her in one of her lies.

On the other hand if it is true then where are her "tricks"?

I kind of like the idea of her using the phone sex tape against him. Maybe she not only threatened to reveal it to the Bishop, maybe she did, and he got in trouble. That sounds like something that would trigger that level of anger ... being entrapped by her and then betrayed. His tone of voice in that text to me always sounded like it was a betrayal of trust.

This moment said it all for me this morning - again. JM has just started speaking, JW has been sitting there focussing on JA with her other hand almost on ear and then when Juan says "she's not very nice" JW, not even JA turned around and gave him this look.

Cheerbrat did not have practice today but she is wandering around moaning about her legs hurting. I threw advil at her.

Maddiebrat ( grand) is lying on the couch watching Mickey on my Nook. Which means I will have to fire up my phone. I don't know if I wanna go through all that trouble for Nurmi.

Mr red is asking me why she is not watching the perfectly good big tv. Well DUH because she can watch the Nook.:facepalm:

Ya, I am confused at how this CD this is "groundbreaking". Wasn't it testified to? What am I missing?

The CD's are full of pictures of them together. He wanted to see them and she apparently she hadn't sent them. Why did she have them with her if she claims that she never intended to go to Mesa. Remember she claims that she spoke with Travis after Pasadena and he guilted her into coming to see him. IF that is so, why did she have these CD's with her? Presumably she had to have consciously moved them from someplace into the car that drove her to Redding, and from that car into the rental car. Those are actions that take forethought. The CD's didn't just happen to be with her.

Someone please correct me if I have it wrong.

Here's what keeps me up nights:
The three most spectacular murder trials within the past 20 years:
OJ Simpson
KC Anthony
JA

We all knew OJ and KC were guilty just as we know JA is guilty. And, we know the verdicts in two out of three of these trials. Despite overwhelming evidence two murderers were set free. Who knows what causes a jury to make the decisions it does. So, I'm worried now.

Juries are always wildcards but the reality is OJ and Casey were both anomalies. Acquittals really are on the rare side. In roughly the same time frame we've gotten convictions for: Neil Entwhistle, Jason Young, Elisa Baker, Susan Smith, Darlie Routier, Doug Stewart, Scott Peterson, Mark Hacking, Shakara Dickens, Michael Peterson, Brad Cooper, Stacy Barker, D'Andre Lane...and I could keep going.
