The 15th (Nov.) is when the PI's filmed nearby to the crime scene, it does not make sense if LP meant Dec. 15th since that is after the fact and, if he had this conversation in Dec then the transcript context is all wrong.

Having said that, LP often shares discussions as if he was involved when he is really relaying a 3rd party conversation (such as the FBH) so this could have been a discussion he was appraised of and now he is covering tracks -- since he makes that 3rd party look bad if this happened on Nov. 15.

LP did say that RD has the specifics of the difference in where the PI filmed versus where Caylee lay so, I'd suspect this was not LP in this discussion but, JMHO, RD.

Thank you for pointing out my mistake MissJames. I just got excited and mistyped. The woman we are discussing JW, claimed that her husband was working for the PI - D. Casey. It is D. Casey that is said to have the video as well as another PI working with him. She, herself, was photographed taking pictures of the area that Caylee was found and dropping it off to LE. That was reported on local orlando newspaper website and WSers figured out who she was and that it appears she had inserted herself into this case early on...again my apologies for connecting her to the wrong man as a husband. I really should read what I write before I hit submit.

The PI's could be telling the truth when they say they went to the area as a result of KIO's interview. By the time they were hired by the A's the area was underwater so they couldn't go then. Maybe when the area dried up, they decided to check it out.

I read the ng transcript and to me Leonard was saying he talked to this guy on the 15th of December.....which was pretty close to the time the Joy thing was going on and it was brought to his attention.

The thing that i cant get out of my head.. Is with LP telling this to the FBI that the PI told him that.. I dont think he would make something up and tell the FBI.. He may come up with some wild stories but i really dont think He would lie to the fbi

That isn't what I gathered from the exchange we are talking about.

What happened is that the other guest called LP out and basically said that his credibility sucked, and then LP said that his FBI friend, NS, would back him up on everything he has ever said.

My impression is that LP wasn't talking about all this tape/ PI nonsense, but rather his personal credibility in general, not just on this specific issue.

All I can say is that if LP thinks the FBI is going to back him up on everything he has ever said he is purely delusional. So many of his statements and stories are so easily disproved I don't know how anything he says can be taken at face value. That was the point the other guest was making.

Oh yeah- LP also said the tape is about 100 yards off, so not precisely taping the area her body was in.

Personally, and this is just my idea and opinion....sometime in November the A's asked the PI to go look in the area they knew the body to be in. I believe they got this info from Casey at some point either from letters passed on from Baez or from the PI that heard it while working with Baez. The PI and H went to the site to get the body but were not in quite the right area and didn't find the body (it was scattered over a whole acre of land!) and hidden in the thick brush. They filmed the area maybe to take it back to JB to show Casey. Whatever....they didn't find anything or if they did they kept their mouths shut. If their video doesn't show the exact area of the bag with the skull I don't think the video helps KC at all in her defense.

Saying any good defense att would advise the same thing for their client...ask for immunity. All seem to be in agreement on this.

There are only two reasons this video stands out to me.
1. The pictures and the video have come from those who were strong supporters of the alive theory, including one being a PI.
2. Stranger than that, DC told a reporter that this is the ONLY place he looked, took photos and video that did not support Caylee being alive. He also admitted that he did not tell the Anthony's he did this until the day they found Caylee's body (the body that wasn't identified yet)

Why would they be in this area, the only area they ever looked at without knowing something? They can't say it was because of the KIO statements, else they would have been there much earlier, and possibly found a body that was not strung out like in Dec.
There is a reason that this was the only place they filmed, and photoed, then the body turns up there. Now Baez wants DC to keep his mouth shut about what he learned while with him, plus the DP lawyer coming in and sending the "it was an accident scenario" to the SA in regards to the DP. Why did all of this happen in November? Then the body in December?
Something tells me that Casey told something... I don't know, its crazier today than yesterday!
