This raises some interesting questions, doesn't it?

Specifically, questions for "his daughter."

I did note and appreciate how the DA referred to her as "his" daughter and not Suzanne's.

Because that's bullseye-level accurate.

Can the money he transferred to his daughter and money from a stock sale be used to pay his attorney? If not, why not?

Barry Morphew's defense team is expected to ask a judge to reduce his $3 million cash-only bond at a court hearing Tuesday.

"Barry has spent the past two months in the Alamosa County Jail after his extradition from Arizona. His defense team filed a motion in late August requesting the bond be reduced to $500,000 cash-surety-property bond, arguing he is an honest person who is genuinely eager to clear his name."
