CO - BARRY ARRESTED AGAIN - Suzanne Morphew, 49, Chaffee Co, 10 May 2020 *Case dismissed w/o prejudice* *found in 2023* #119

Oh yeah. He's a felon. Cuz he didn't know it was wrong, ya know? Just another little document he could sign for her with guardianship rights - along with taking control of Suzanne's assets. He knew she wouldn't be coming back.

"He didn’t really intend to deceive, but what he did was make a mistake. He made a bad choice," Eytan said. "He didn’t think that he was doing anything against the law. When he received the ballot, he had legal guardianship over Suzanne. That means that he could sign property paperwork, tax paperwork, all sorts of documentation on her behalf. That was what was permitted by the courts."

Ach -- I'd forgotten about this particular stream of weasel-wordiness on behalf of BM.

"What he did was make a mistake."

Infuriating. And wrong.

"He had legal guardianship over Suzanne."

No, Ms Eytan. He had finagled illegal guardianship over SM, stealing yet another layer of posthumous control over the woman he abused, coerced. chased down, murdered and left in a shallow grave.

That whole series of "guardianship" moves by BM was so profoundly unjust, and cynical. Lock him up forever already.

Same ‘ol Barry.

Won’t plea in his case just like he wouldn’t make a public plea for his missing wife.

“Too soon.”
I thought he did make a public (fake) plea for his missing wife--didn't he?

He wouldn’t talk to MSM media when she was first missing as he said it was “too soon”. He ended up later making his own “Oh Suzanne” video for social media. Much easier for him to control the narrative if he did a DIY version.

Barry’s ”mistake” of voting for Suzanne is something none of us would ever even consider doing, but to him it was just a little gesture of love because he knew how she would “want” to vote…IF HE HADN’T KILLED HER MONTHS EARLIER!!

If my husband came up missing I would be screaming from the rooftop, begging everyone for help searching for him AND the mountain lion, talking to every law enforcement person who would listen, driving them crazy with insistence on finding him. I know it is said do not talk to police without a lawyer but that would be my last thought. i might need a doctor but not a lawyer! I would take a lie detector test. Give my DNA. Open my home to every investigator and any of his family members.

In other words, I would do what Barry never did.

What Barry did do.

I'll give him this. He wanted her back. Old Suzanne. The one he could control. Not the ballsy one who stood up to him, said 'no more' and wanted to reclaim her life and herself. He had no time for that. And due to his actions, neither did she.

ITA !
He tried to possess/control her even after death.
No one 'owns' another human being.
That type of thinking is usually called, "Slavery", Barry M., so he might want to look it up ?
Smh.

Also, a proof that he knew that she was unable to vote.

Clerical errors. Sure.

Can't help but to wonder if Barry made any "clerical errors" in his maths.

Bondsmen don't appreciate inflated portfolios.

Really aggravating to watch Barry enjoy every Constitiutonal protection when all Suzanne wanted was to "figure it out civilly."

He couldn't be bothered, when it was her life, liberty and pursuit of happiness on the line.

He is walking around, free, with a gps monitor on his foot; yet, we don't even know what's Suzanne's feet are.

Where is the justice?

JMO
I guess he had a problem with the math, 10% of 3 million. He ran out of fingers.

I don't see it as a mistake, and I think he also did it because he knew that she wouldn't have wanted to vote for the candidate he chose for her.

Oh no I don’t think it was a mistake. I was quoting his attorney who said he just made a mistake.
Nope he knew exactly what he was doing.

I think he did it on purpose. I don't think he did it in order to give his preferred candidate one extra vote; I think he did it because he thought it would look all guardianly. Strategic. The look: a murderer isn't going to vote for his dead victim.

Or he's just completely stupid.

“Ultimately, the prescription records show that when Suzanne Morphew disappeared, only one private citizen living in that entire area of the state had access to BAM: Barry Morphew,” the indictment concluded.“

It is very sad that truth is so easily disregarded by his supporters.

Yes, it's clearly voter fraud when you cast a vote for your alive or dead spouse. CA will allow someone else to return a voter's ballot, but only if the voter signs the envelope saying so (like if you're disabled and can't leave the house to return it), and the person returning it isn't getting paid to do so.

What's his middle name anyway? I so want it to be Andrew or Alan or Anthony, etc.!!

Oh that's right, we already knew that! How could I forget? But yes, he used his middle name as his alias, so now we'll use Alias as his middle name!

And (as u said) BAM!
