Oh yeah. He's a felon. Cuz he didn't know it was wrong, ya know? Just another little document he could sign for her with guardianship rights - along with taking control of Suzanne's assets. He knew she wouldn't be coming back. :mad:

When he received the ballot, he had legal guardianship over Suzanne. That means that he could sign property paperwork, tax paperwork, all sorts of documentation on her behalf. Actually, I've been arguing with some of them today who claim that dead people vote. IMO, it was a final FU to her. Most likely, she wouldn't have voted for Trump and that's why he did it. The only way that you can return a ballot for someone else, at least in my state is IF the actual voter signs for that on the envelope.

It warmed my heart immensely that BM's defense had to mention his felony in their bond reduction document

(g) Criminal record: Mr. Morphew’s only criminal conviction is his guilty plea to a class five felony, forgery of a government document. He satisfactorily completed a one-year term of probation. It should be noted that he was ____ while he was on probation. He always appeared as required and there was never any issue with his compliance.

Is there a hearing on the 3rd for BM?

Lemme guess, they're gonna ask for no GPS, no restriction on state lines and a broader definition of "work" (like work, work, working out)?

I still can't believe he was allowed to bond out.

probably!

i feel like i've never followed a case like his where he seems to "win" every hearing. So just expect the worst is how I approach his hearings. but as far as i know he still has a hearing nov 3rd, it's still on the docket anyway.

Well this judge is clearly going to do everything in her power to maintain a tight courtroom. Can’t blame her after some dummy screwed its up for everyone and Barry’s lawyer continue not to skip a beat with vigilance.

I know we take freedom seriously in the US and BM is due a fair trial, but it chafes my heart that this great care is taken to protect his rights when Suzanne's remains probably remain in three paper bags on a shelf somewhere in ME/LE stacks.

What about her rights? The ones she wasn't afforded. Life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness. The right to divorce. The right to live and move and have being. The right to guard(ian) her own money. The right to grow. The right to be human. The right to be herself. The right to breathe.

The. Right. To. Still. Be. Here.
