"My client doesn't even LIKE bananas!"Not guilty, due to absence of proof of purchase of bananas...(banana sticker on found remains/clothing)? Preposterous defense!!
The prosecution scored points this morning with Dylan's photos being thrown in a dumpster and the long distance between the skull and other remains.
The defense scored with the air testing of MR's truck for human decomp that came back negative. JMO
They didn't go into details of the testing.Did they include the bed of the truck? At first I assumed the cab of the truck and I thought to myself well he could have been in the bed instead- but maybe they covered that? I’m unable to watch the live feed currently
What???MR gave her the fishing pole AFTER his remains were found
But why would human decomposition be inside of his truck.? He put him in the back of the truck where the decomp was found. It doesn't take a genius to see that he probably went went inside changed his clothes, then went out and got in the truck. MOO It's not rocket science that the decomp was not found in the truck. The prosecution scored points this morning with Dylan's photos being thrown in a dumpster and the long distance between the skull and other remains.

Judge wouldn’t let in anymore questions on this. Will come up with another witness. What???
I would think that the open bed of a truck that is exposed to the air would dissolve anything. They didn't go into details of the testing.

After an extended period of time and a probable cleanup I'm not surprised that nothing was found. JMOI would think that the open bed of a truck that is exposed to the air would dissolve anything.
Just saw Warwick answered this…
