Mark definitely struck him imo

The more I hear the more I worry Mark was planning something like this.

If this was a tragic accident and he covered it up then he is a monster but if this was accident then I don’t understand why he was so indifferent to his sons death. I don’t understand why you would throw away photos of you’re son and a-whole list of other cold things he did.

MOO
You, I and so many others don't understand because we don't think like a sociopath/pyscopath.

I thought I remembered him saying that he tried to call him that morning but it had been so long ago that I wasn't sure if I was remembering right. Based on the testimony, the first call to Dylan's cell phone from Mark's cell phone on 11/19 was 2:24pm. He did text Dylan on 11/19 at 8:42am, 10:15am, 11:23am and 2:33pm. The first incoming call to Mark's landline at 11/19 is from Mark's cell phone but not until after 4pm. Mark also has a work (cell?) phone and there were no texts or calls to Dylan and/or the home phone during the 18th or 19th.

This testimony is consistent with MR's early interviews (see KUSA link above).

MR likely phoned DR around 2:24 pm when he traveled to Bayfield (after his nap) and learned that Ryan/Fernando had not been able to reach DR all day.

MR also stated he'd been texting DR asking what he wanted for food or if he should pick up Thanksgiving and/or should they go away. Plans had not yet been confirmed. (MR was in Durango during the morning-- about an hour away from home. Durango would be a primary shopping location versus Bayfield). MOO

Didn't the Wal-Mart receipt show sweet potatoes? And then it came out in an interview they were for thanksgiving?
I'm sure that is the case.

If so, these are lie texts on his part (much like Patrick Frazer did). All apart of changing the narrative.

Scott Eicher:

nov 18, 19th and 20th were my focus for the mapping of Dylan's cell

Pen Register==Tower info and calls. [only 2 towers in Vallecito area]Same tower for Marks cabin and middle mt road

Historical Data= who is calling who

Dylans cell map= Ex 49: Dylan actively used his cell on the 18th , using Verizon network, as he landed in Durango, and continued to text throughout the day

Then it is in Walmart area---changes towers---texted friends while in this area --6:43 to 7:12

Ryan Nava- Dylan texts until 8:07 pm [last outgoing communication from Dylan]
---it pings from tower nears dad's cabin

Ryan sends 2 texts after 9 pm that Dylan never answers [roaming from 8:01 to 9:56] Phone may have been turned off at 9:56--

Last ping=[pings when the phone receives call or text ]

BAM!

Mark Redwine trial: What the phone data shows | 9news.com

DURANGO, Colo. — The day Dylan Redwine was reported missing, his father Mark Redwine sent him four text messages and attempted to call him seven times. The following morning, he called him once and never tried again.

That’s according to phone data that was analyzed by expert witness Scott Eicher, who testified in Mark Redwine’s murder trial on Friday morning.

Mark Redwine’s last attempt to contact his son the first night he was reported missing was at 9:32 p.m., Eichner said. This was at the same time search and rescue crews combed the forests and streams near their home for any trace of the boy. A member of that team testified that Mark Redwine's lights went out at 11 p.m.

Thanks for the updates. I forgot today was a short day. Have a lovely and safe holiday weekend.

His son goes missing and after 24 hours he never try’s to call his sons phone again. It’s almost like he knows what happened and there would be zero point.

Ya know what's crazy about that? Mark and his crazy 'girlfriend-mail carrier' were adamant that Dylan had been seen in the area during the next week or two.

If he was so sure Dylan was seen around town, why wouldnt he be blowing his phone up?

I had forgotten his ex girlfriend the post-woman claimed she had seen him that day.

I'm not sure I'm doing this right, but here goes.

Transcripts of various media *NO DISCUSSION* thread

These are transcripts to various interviews and etc. that MR did.

Very very interesting.

I'm going to spend my weekend reading and reading (and posting).

Knowing MR, sweet potatoes were probably just a non-perishable, bargain purchase at Walmart.

At that point of the evening -- having just collected Dylan at the airport before stopping at Walmart, seemed there was no decision yet on if they were going to MR's brother in Castle Rock, dine out, or stay home for Thanksgiving.

Regardless, we know that Dylan was already deceased when MR sent the text messages on 11/19/12, all to cover up his deadly deed. MOO

"R: Do you have anything directly to say to Dylan?

M: Dylan, my prayers are with you and I love you very much. He was the light of my life and he meant everything to me. And I just want him home just like everybody else does. And that's why we've got to keep searching for him. Because somebody knows something. We've got to find him and we need to know he's okay."

From memory, I recall MR stating he left home early morning 11/19 to run errands. I think there are sound clips of MR saying something to the effect that he dropped off paperwork at his lawyer's office. MR's alibi would have been easy enough for LE to confirm-- with or without testimony today. For example, if MR's alibi/errands are not contested, I don't think his attorney would be called to testify. MOO

Dylan was last seen by his father on the morning of November 19. According to Mark Redwine, Dylan was still at home when Mark left to run some errands at 7:30 a.m., but was gone when Mark returned four hours later, KKTV reports. The station reports that after he searched for the boy himself, Mark called police and notified them Dylan was missing.

Dylan Redwine Update: Colo. police search home of missing boy's father NOV 30, 2012

Maybe all of this has been said, a million times, but to reiterate:

I believe that MR stayed up all night after murdering Dylan, engaged in disposing of Dylan and all of his belongings, cleaning up the crime scene (wherever that was), and was still "going" on adrenaline (like the Energizer Killer Bunny) in the morning to be able to complete all of his "errands."

He then returned home to sleep ("crash"). He did NOT see Dylan the morning of 11/19 -- at least, not alive. He was already dead. (IMO)

After his slumber, he emerged, to "look" for Dylan, late in the afternoon. He blocked Elaine so that she couldn't speak directly to MR. THAT is the most egregious, callous and heinous act, short of murder, of which he is also guilty.

He then went home to have another drink (IMO).

Funny that - are these the actions of a man who loved their child?

1) threw photos of his son in the bin
2) first night Dylan was missing he turned all the lights off at 11pm
3) stopped ringing his mobile phone 24 hours after he had vanished
4) Was indifferent to his son being missing
5) set up a bank account with $2000 that Dylan could never access because he hadn’t activated the account
6) barely managed to get off his bum to search for his son then had the gull to say he had been told not to

Feel free to add others to this list.
