At first I was wondering why the Pros. didn't object to all these cases from other City/States. I think this witness ramblings really put his credibility into question. They let him talk. IMO

I agree. I think the witness did a pretty good job telling the jury that his knowledge is based solely on what happens in the Sonoran Desert in Arizona even admitting that the environment is totally different than Colorado.

The jury will disregard most of what he said about coyote behavior because of that. JMO

Mark Redwine trial: Defense points to potential wildlife role in Dylan's death

Friday morning’s testimony centered on marks made in Dylan’s skull, which was found 1.5 miles from the rest of his remains.

Anderson testified that coyote teeth can be sharper than a dull knife, and could be responsible for the small bit of broken bone in the boy’s skull. He added that coyotes have always been known to carry human remains miles away.

Prosecutors have said Mark Redwine killed Dylan in a fit of rage over sordid photographs. Expert witnesses brought by prosecutors earlier in the trial testified that several factors made it highly unlikely that Dylan was killed by an animal, and that fractures found in his skull appeared to have been made by a knife or sharp tool.

Regardless of this last witness Arizona is still my fave State.

Maybe a Coyote with only one very sharp tooth

He just said when bones are found miles apart it can be one of two things .. either a person moved it or an animal.
Does he realize what he said?!
Gosh. I wonder how much his expert fee is? He may not be earning his paycheck but honestly, I'm okay with that.....

Can anyone tell me if there’s been any testimony about Dylan’s earbuds?
I’m confused. I thought I saw a photo of them in Peoples exhibits?

I remember during Cory's testimony, that he said he identified them as being Dylan's because he ( Cory ) had given them to Dylan. That was about the extent of any conversation regarding the earbuds. I do not believe they were tested for anything

He used a 8X magnification loop to view the skull. I use more than that to tweez my eyebrows!
Hahaha! I'm a 10x girl!
