I've been wondering about MR testifying as well. What do you all think? As I'm hoping this witness and the rest of the defense case are almost wrapping up, anyone leaning strongly one way or the other on the defendant testifying?
(I know this has been discussed, wondering if any opinions have changed based on the way the case has progressed).
IMO MR's goose is cooked! I feel pretty sure that if the jury voted today he would be found guilty. So here's the question. If you were in Marks shoes (God forbid I know!!) and you also felt there was very little chance of the jury coming back with a not guilty verdict, would you just let the trial run it's course and leave it at that or would you take a chance and testify hoping that you could plant some reasonable doubt in at least one of the jurors minds?
