For me, his dramatic Stretching of his neck, dramatically burying his face in hands, the randomly emphasized and shouted words, the inappropriately scattered laughs, ... The entire histrionic performance is too much. It's just that -- a performance. With a weak case to fall back on, better make the show dramatic.

I guess he expects 12 non poop eating members of the public to simply set that element aside as a minor character eccentricity, and not put it into context that being found out, confronted, and taunted would humiliate and enrage (on top of all other tension and distance already happening).

and why do Moran and Bogan keep calling the State or Prosecution the Government? Hoping someone on the Jury has a mistrust or dislike of the Government is my guess.
