The forensic blood evidence isn't really strong IMO.

What is strong is Mark denying multiple times that Dylan bled in his house until the FBI truck arrived and he knew they would find Dylan's blood.

We the go from Dylan not bleeding to having a cold sore that dripped blood to a last gasp story about a nerf ball cutting his lip which made him spit blood on the floor. All in rapid succession.

I doubt the defense will bring that up either. JMO

Not only that the blood skipped the carpet rug but was underneath it on the floor. That’s some crafty blood right there.

as he describes Molly's scent testing experiment, he does his snarky sarcastic voice again---mocking the dog and handler

Yes and she suffered with the same memory lapses as Mark about Blood :D

Canine Cocaine Sniffer ?

Canine Cocaine Sniffer ?
Yeah and afterwards, the reason LE didn't find any coke in the truck was cuz it was all up MR's nose.

Next up Total slandering of dogs.

This is where I draw the line. Defending a poop-eating cross-dresser, not really a fan. Slandering dogs, downright unacceptable. :D

I hope he goes home today thinking he did an excellent job and tunes in to CourtTV to see if Vinnie and the panel took notice. Lolol
If they do, I bet the word bizarre comes up.
MOO

Do you think the jury has checked out?

I have to agree with the defense on the HRD dog. The dog alerts are not evidence of a dead human in Mark's house and truck. JMO

Canine Cocaine Sniffer ?
I have it on but I’ve been tuning him out. When I heard this, I thought it was another nickname he had for Mark at first. Like sh*t-eating sh*t-eater, but without obscenities.

So far the entire defense closing has been about wild animals being the ones who damaged the skull, including stomping cows, and their criticism of HRD dogs.

Oh, and them making fun of the blood and DNA evidence, saying it was so underwhelming as to be meaningless

I have been hoping Mr Moran would have a roll in closing arguments. We all need a good laugh about now.

  • #776
I would be so weary. He’s whole demeanor and his Yelling.
His energy and attitude is very much like Mark, the cross dressing feces eater...

LA PLATA COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) - Loved ones of 13-year-old Dylan Redwine have waited years for this moment.

Nearly nine years after Dylan disappeared, eight years after his remains were found, and four years after a suspect -- his father -- was arrested, the case is on the verge of being handed over to the jury.

The prosecution wrapped up its closing statements just before noon Thursday, giving the defense the final word before the jury deliberates Mark Redwine’s fate.

The case against Redwine has spent years in legal limbo, with multiple false starts including a pair of pandemic-related mistrials since Redwine’s arrest in Washington state in 2017.

The case experienced one final hiccup Thursday morning with the removal of one of the jurors, who court officials say was overheard discussing Redwine’s guilt. An alternate was moved to that juror’s spot, and closings were able to proceed as scheduled.

Prosecution, defense in Mark Redwine trial make final arguments before case is handed to jury

Imagine Moran and Bogan in their dimly lit office late last night, sipping bourbon, "I know, let's use the phrase ****-eating **** eater!"

  • #779
Judge just informed defense they have 55 minutes left.

  • #780
Bogan to Judge: how much time I got left?
Judge without skipping a beat or looking: 55 minutes
