Can you give a synopsis of what might be happening - if you are watching/listening? You know - how many jurors have been picked, etc. TIA if you can!

Mark Redwine to stand trial in the disappearance of Dylan Redwine | 9news.com
Mark Redwine, 59, has been held in the La Plata County Jail for three years. He was first indicted on charges of second-degree murder and child abuse resulting in death in July 2017. Since then, the legal process has been marked with delays with reasons ranging from the arrest of his attorney to disputes over pre-trial motions to uncertainty about the novel coronavirus pandemic.

"Right off the bat, five people were excused because they could not serve that much time, mostly for work-related reasons. Another person was excused after he said personal health reasons were a concern amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

At the end of the brief hearing, potential jurors were handed a list of witnesses to look over and see if they had any relationship with people on the list."

It just came across my feed elsewhere that the trial has begun with jury selection now. Am I to assume it is tweets only during this trial or will it be live streamed?

10/29/20 Jury Selection Day 2 Thursday: A total of 19 potential jurors were in the courtroom. The judge was asking just general questions. Thursday’s jury selection was the first of several rounds of questioning to weed out people who don’t qualify or can’t serve. Right off the bat, five people were excused because they could not serve that much time, mostly for work-related reasons. Another person was excused after he said personal health reasons were a concern amid the COVID-19 pandemic. At the end of the brief hearing, potential jurors were handed a list of witnesses to look over to see if they had any relationship with people on the list. The jury pool will be called back at a later time. (Of the original 19 - 13 left to come back). Jury selection continues on 10/30/20.
