It is time for a reward fund to be established.

One Dylan FB page says that the family has established a fund at a bank to assist in the search for Dylan.

is there a public FB?

TIA

might want to look at white pages.com

dad's address maybe listed as bayfield....could possibly have a Sr. after his name...

i believe Dylan went missing from county road 500

I agree!

Did cadaver dogs go through dad's car/truck and home?

I've not been able to find ANY mention of a search of the home or vehicles. There was mention of dogs used in the search of outlying areas.

My thought exactly!!

I hope so; wouldn't they want to use his bedding for scent?

Did someone come to the house while Dad was out running errands at 7:30 in the morning?

BBM

Good question.

Also, I would like to know what errands he was running from 7:30 until 11:30 that morning. Four hours is a long time for 'errands.'

I believe I read that Dylan's Dad recently moved to Vallecito from Bayfield so it may be slightly outdated information.

north end of County Road 500 at Vallecito

from article

http://www.pinerivertimes.com/news.asp?artid=1091

BBM

https://tools.usps.com/go/ZipLookup...ellecito&state=CO&urbanCode=&postalCode=&zip=

81122 zipcode serves both areas

if you enter the address in bing or google maps you will see that it is the north end of co. rd. 500

looks to be a lot of woods.......

Ryan Nava, 13, a friend of Dylan’s said in a phone interview Saturday that Dylan was originally going to Bayfield to visit his friends Sunday night but then changed that to meet them at 6:30 a.m. Monday.

Ryan said he and his friends expected Dylan’s father to drive him into town from Vallecito, but Dylan never arrived.

So I wonder if Dylan had asked his dad for a ride the night before?

Or did he wake up and find his Dad had left already? And so maybe he just tried to 'hitch' a ride himself?

Did this school district have an entire week out for Thanksgiving? The 6:30 am time doesn't make any sense either. Anyone that knows teens realizes that they aren't awake at that time. Weird.

also from article:

The teenager was last seen wearing a blue-and-white “Duke Blue Devils” baseball cap, a black Nike T-shirt, black basketball shorts and a pair of black Jordan tennis shoes

How do they know what he had on???? If his dad saw him at 7:30 why didn't he give him a ride to his friend's house while out running errands???

I can see a kid wearing shorts around the house but outside walking???

How did these boys know that he hitchhiked? Did they see him doing this? If not, it may not be true.

If Dylan did try to hitchhike on any main road, someone would have seen him. He was barely 5' tall and not the normal hitchhiker. One of the first moms to see him with his thumb out would have stopped to question him. (I don't think he was grabbed by a boogeyman driver.)

In addition, if he had made these plans with friends, he would have called/texted them to let them know he would be late. Dylan must not have been alive or had his phone on Monday morning.

Was he texting his friends or calling them? If he was texting, anyone could have pretended to be Dylan.

It is also weird that he postponed meeting his friends until the next day. Did his Dad say NO, you cannot go see your friends tonight? Because I cannot imagine Dylan deciding on his own to stay home with his Dad instead of meeting up with his friends that he hasn't seen since he moved away.

Also, if he had plans to meet them at 6:30 am, I would imagine that is when he thought his Dad could take him. His Dad had an errand at 7:30, so maybe Dylan knew that and assumed Dad could take him before he had to go do his errands that morning.

So why did Dad say he ' saw' his son at 7:30 and then he left to do errands? Didn't Dylan mention going to his friends?

It has been dropping down to 27 degrees F at night in Vallecito. It would be miserable in nylon shorts.
