IMO the location of the search says a lot

seriously why that section if it was a random abduction as some want to believe?

I have a question about the clothes that were left behind on the couch at M R's house- were they the clothes he was wearing in the Walmart and airport pictures? I thought I read that those were the clothes he was last seen wearing. If that's true that would mean that he did not change after arriving, or did change to sleep and then put the same clothes back on on the morning, leaving behind only what he slept in. Is that right or am I mistaken as to what he was last seen wearing?

True. But how do we know they didn't? They haven't released any info on what they found or didn't find at Dad's house.

I really think they found no evidence at his father's home.

If they had found a cadaver scent in the home they wouldnt still be considering the possiblity that Dylan was abducted, imo.

Agreed! If they thought there was a high probability that Dylan had an accident or was abducted ON THE WAY TO HIS FRIENDS IN BAYFIELD they would be searching that route instead. This is a huge red flag to me as to which way LE is leaning. Remember that they have more info than we do.

I think it means they are being thorough. They would be remiss if they didnt search those areas but it does not ever mean that Dylan's body was tossed in those areas either.

They have to be sure............thats their job.

Because the friends were contacted the previous night to cancel the Sunday night arrangement and to re-organize for 6.30am. Next morning Dylan doesn't turn up. The friends know he has landed, and is with MR and going to stay at MR's overnight. Therefore, they knew where he must be when he didn't turn up that morning.

And? The plan was for Dylan to go visit friends. Not the other way around. I don't see why any of his friends would then decide to go visit Dylan, unless Dylan contacted them. And we know Dylan didn't call or text them on Monday.

I don't know how much they are considering the possibility that Dylan was abducted any more. If and this is a BIG IF they are focused on MR they really don't want him knowing this right now.

All I can say is I believe if they are leaning toward abduction they would be focusing on the route between Vallecito and Bayfield. I don't think Dylan was abducted from his home. If it turns out to be an abduction I would think it would have happened as Dylan was trying to hitch a ride into Bayfield.

They aren't obligated to search the whole state of CO unless they believe they could find some evidence at the locations they are searching.

No they are reporting Dylan to be last seen wearing the same clothes as in the picture. Does that mean they think he went missing that night or does that mean they think he wore the same clothes the next day? Who knows??

If it was a matter of just being thorough I would think they would start on the route to Bayfield first.

why remiss? if Dylan was making his way to bayfield it would have bee na different road

this isn't the area closest to MRs home, its part way between durango and Vallecito

while I think of it does anyone know why vallecito is pronounced vycito? its confusing

If they were not still considering it they would come out and rule it out just like they did that he didnt run away. They have not taken that off of the table.

I cant guess for I dont know what happened to Dylan. I dont even know if anyone is involved. All the police seem to have is possible theories. Even they have said that they dont have any suspect nor do they know what happened to Dylan.

If THEY should come out and say something differently so that I know it is something based in facts and not speculation then I will give it my full attention...believe me.

Why should she? Her first priority was to contact the sheriff to let them know her child is missing! What's cold and heartless is Mark texting her that Dylan is missing instead of calling. Especially since he was responsible for Dylan and he wasn't even with Mark for 24 hours when he texted Elaine. Its pretty obvious to me why he chose to text her over calling. Some things you just don't do - telling an ex spouse via text that your child is missing is just wrong on so many levels.

I wonder if ER told LE she suspected MR was involved in dylance disappearance on her first phone call to them

It does seem a stretch that Mr Redwine killed his son within hours of him arriving for Thanksgiving . All kids can be cheeky and Lippy but that's par of the course . You may lose your temper even but killing them is a massive leap .

He must of been in a good mood as well due to it being the holidays and being with his son , so I can't not see him seeing red so quickly after his son arrived .

I dont think they ever said they think he left walking to Bayfield have they? ..........even his father doesnt believe he would walk that far with the terrain being so tough.

Abduction is not about him leaving on his own.

I sure hope todays search finds Dylan.

How long does it take to get the forensic reports from MR's house?

I wouldnt doubt it for a second. She had no qualms telling the entire world who watches the media. Even though she seems to have backed off some after making that first statement.

Spanish origin name??? - double "ll" is pronounced as a "yah" in some dialects. Just a thought.

my guess would be hell yes she told them and she would have told them why she thought that too.

I'd say her suspicions would also have been queried when she took the LDT
