Does anyone know if Dylan's scent would still remain on the sheets he used in Sept, assuming they hadn't been washed? What about hair/skin cells, would it be possible to determine how long ago those were shed onto the sheets (like Sept vs Nov)?

Has the media asked LE outright if Dylan spent the night at his father's home? If not, why not? And if so, did they respond or avoid answering? That is the #1 question, IMO.

Great question. I haven't heard it asked. Pretty sure we'd be all over that here if it was so much as whispered by a reporter. At least ask and get a "no comment". #1 for me as well.

Regarding the article with the quotes from Dylan's half brother. Sad that MR seems to be estranged from all of his sons. It sounds like even the half brother doesn't know what to think.

Each of those things could be explained away on their own but the totality of all the things we need to explain away is just to much. At some point all the coincidences become damning instead of bad luck.

That is exactly what I've been saying. Too many coincidences/explanations/reasons/excuses for one missing boy.

Possible? Of course!
It's "possible" that aliens came down and took him away on their spacecraft...no one can say with any certainty that it didn't happen like that because no one witnessed anything....but likely? No way.

Accusing a mod of beaming up a missing child seems like a risky move but Shef did it at one point and lived so I will keep my fingers crossed for you.

I'm gonna blame Big Foot. Colorado seems like the ideal habitat for the missing link.

Speaking of sheets- I honestly don't remember anything about "sheets"- just a blanket crumpled on the couch. I frequently nap on the couch, or throw the blanket on my legs. My sons' use the same blanket and same couch. Dad hangs on this couch- friends too. Serious mix of scents, cells, etc. I have not heard if he slept on the couch or in a bed with sheets in September either- so no answer on sheets in Sept...

I don't know. Someone named "Horvath" posted saying her son is DR's half-brother and had a pic with CR and two others. Her page is locked down, so I couldn't look thru the rest of her pics and info to determine if this is MR Jr. or another son.

And obviously we don't know what his attorney deals with, we have no idea why he went to his attorney nor will we, we don't know if he made the appt last minute,... but this reminded me of how many issues "divorce attorneys"/family law attorneys can deal with. Also I don't often hear people say "I'm going to my family law attorney" when referring to their divorce attorney, so some of the other issues could be as follows:

Websleuths is a victim friendly forum. To be clear, the victim in any case we cover is the victim (missing and/or deceased child and/or adult). Dylan Redwine is missing and he is our victim.

We are going to open discussion and sleuthing on Dylan's father Mark Redwine although he has not been named a person of interest. More often than not, we are finding that LE is reluctant to name a POI unless and until an arrest is imminent. However, the actions of LE may often times speak louder than words and for this reason, we are now going to allow discussion about Dylan's father.

It does not mean you can outright accuse the father or anyone in this case. Law enforcement has not named anyone a suspect.

I know Mark said something about Dylan's blanket or sheets still laying jumbled on the couch but I can't remember where that quote was. I have assumed from the beginning that he probably fell asleep on the couch and a "communal" (for lack of a better word) throw was laid over him, explaining the lack of scent items. I have several throws and they seem to get dragged around all over the house. I even have one that my son's gf loaned me out of her car when my mom was having emergency surgery so it is possible there is DNA on it from people I have never even met.
