To me, the missing posters list Monday- put out by LE- confirm he was there.

where to me thats what LE have been told and its the day he was reported missing.

and when taking into consideration that LE were wanting video from 6pm sunday night until 12 midday monday I get the feeling that LE are not taking that as being the gospel truth

And the crime is ALWAYS solved in an hour on these shows.

And usually by rather a good looking team of LE officers. Men who swagger and women in heels (my pet hate .... why do they put them in heels???)

I took it to mean just a drinker, not an alcoholic. Just like I consider myself to be a regular pool player as opposed to a professional (or even expert, I'm pretty bad!), but that doesn't mean that I play pool constantly, every day, or even on a regular basis. I guess our own experiences probably affect our perception of a lot of things.

But she didnt say " No, he had no problem with it, he was just a regular drinker"

She said " I can safely say that he was a regular drinker.' To me that says that he drank with regularity. IMO

And if it comes up with a search for chloroform and fool proof suffocation, then we know we got him!!!

And sadly even if they found such searches on his pc it would probably still not be enough to convict!

That's not sad! I'd hate to face conviction for what I've got on my PC!!! Uff da!

I would think that would be asked on an LD. But, since we don't know if MR passed his or not we do not know for sure. But, the fact that he did arrive and slept at the house has not been disproved either, so I tend to think he did. But only LE knows for sure. jmo

I do nOt think he did. Surely it is LE's job to clear MR as his name is being dragged though the mud in that town . So if you can conclusively place Dylan at the house then i think LE would say so as there is no point in not doing so and leaving a innocent man hung out to dry and i also think if MR could be cleared he would also be talking to the press which is not doing .

IMHO.

I thought she said he was a 'regular' drinker, not a 'daily' drinker. I must have missed something because all this time I thought she'd said he was a 'regular' drinker which I took to be a "normal" drinker, not that he drank regularly.

Oh that's funny how different people read that differently. Maybe she can explain what she meant. I certainly thought it meant he drank on a regular basis (as in daily or almost daily). I guess I don't even know what a 'normal' drinker is? I don't drink at all so I am a non drinker. How often does a 'normal' drinker drink? There are different types of alcoholics and not all drink daily. My ex is an alcoholic and he didn't drink every day.

there's also lying by omission

IIRC there was one comment he made which when a reporter asked LE the officer replied 'no comment'

Well, we'd better get started building a lot of gallows. I wouldn't even want to try counting the times I hear/see LE say no comment in response to a question every month. What I more relevant is LE stating that he is not considered a suspect, and that his story has stayed consistent, even if the press does change wording at times. MOO

I was searching trying to find info on the nerf football and ran across this, it bothered me when I first read it and it still makes me go hmmmmm. IDK about you all, but who answers the door clutching a pillow? Don't you typically put it off to the side and get up to answer the door? Unless maybe you were carrying it as the doorbell rang. Again, just another hmmmmmmmm

When approached at his home in Vallecito, Mark Redwine answered the door clutching a pillow. He declined to be interviewed, saying he had been “bombarded” by media requests.

if it were me I'd piff the pillow onto a chair or sofa before answering the door.

its funny I've read that article before but didn't notice this

'Neighbors expressed suspicion Tuesday afternoon that foul play may be involved.

wow I wonder why the neighbours thought that so quickly?

Best part of WS- if we all thought/interpreted, etc the same way- this place would be extremely boring

Who is it that's been lying. Everything I've seen that MR is quoted as saying has been confirmed by LE - at least anything somewhat important. Sometimes all we have is guesses to work with, but I really hope that they have more.

I have not said anyone is lying it was a generalization!

Cases wont get solved with lies!

How can LE confirm where Dylan was sunday night?
They say he was last seen IN public sunday that to me says thats what they are going on! JMO

And unfortunately that's probably the hardest to prove - especially for someone who lives alone. How could I prove to anyone that my kids slept in my house last night?

Here is a link to that post

I was going to copy it over but I think the question she was directly answering puts her response in context.

See you there:jail:
Can I request a single room? Wait, it doesn't work that way does it?

I never saw that. I agree...why did the neighbors think that I wonder.

Yet, you would think that this was a courtroom.

A grown man clutching a pillow when he answered the door caught my attention to. Seemed odd to me but I couldn't pinpoint why. Had he been crying or screaming into it, was he just in the middle of making his bed, was it for effect? Just made me go hmmm? Imo

Very intriguing they thought that as is not crime rate involving foul play very low there ?

You have brought up a good point in that I have wondered if the issues we discuss on WS are only issues to us. You say his name is being dragged through the mud in town. do you have a link for that because I have not seen it, but wondered what the local feelings are. tia

We can discuss our speculation based on facts, we cannot post out and out rumors. You can not speculate on something that is not known thru the media and or law enforcement.

If you need more clarification you can pm me or any Mod.

Thank you.
