I understand if this is a non-issue for some. For me, fornicating on a front lawn with onlookers is unacceptable, especially if that group includes family, possibly children. That's just me, and I have no problem looking at that person's behavior critically when that person is the last one to see their child who goes missing. JMO.

I don't think he invited people out to watch.

But if he was having sex under *her* window - assuming her statement is true - how did the kids see it?

Were they in her bedroom?

EDIT: and you see that she claims this happened at 3am. Why would her children even be up at 3am, much less in their mother's bedroom? Who is even looking outside their bedroom at 3am?

If there was a drunk man on my front lawn there is a good chance I would gather my children in my bedroom where I could lock us all in. I imagine that I would need to wake them up to do so. If their drunk father's antics hadn't already done so.

She said CR saw everything, so it may have been just him in her room at the time. He was 17 or 18 at the time, so I guess he was old enough to be awake at 3 am. She didn't mention DR until she said he hit MR after he (MR) had taken a swing at his (nameless) son. Still very confusing. MOO

I don't understand why this isn't made available to everyone here.

There was an issue with it being reposted on a Facebook page so she asked that it be locked. It is hosted in my DropBox so obviously I have the pass code. My understanding is that it will likely be made available to all again soon. She is just fine tuning some things.

Well maybe the sex was loud and woke everyone up..and they ran to the window to see what the ruckus was.

Really who DOES that? On someone's front lawn?? FGS, in what world is that acceptable? Especially when there is even a possibility that one's children could see it?

Can you cite the correlation between having sex on the lawn and committing murder? Thanks!

I don't recall discussing a correlation between the two.

I was quoting the news 9 article about how Mark took a swing at Dylan.

Not sure how to respond because I don't know how you got that question from my post.:seeya:

Are you serious?

Yes. IMO Some people were making it sound like he deliberately had sex in front of his children. I do not think he invited his children out to watch.

I can't believe some people would condone a married man having sex on the YARD with another woman while his wife and children watched (if it's true). Whether it be 'performance sex' or any other kind of sex. WTH is performance sex? And what does it matter what kind of sex it was? If it's true, I find this very disturbing. I think I find it even more disturbing that some people think it's no big deal even if he did do it.

If there was a man outside your bedroom window (there's no mention of "front lawn" in the complaint, it just says "yard") having sex, you'd invite your children there where they could see it?

Yeah, that is exactly what I said.

Not.

Except the complaint doesn't say "front lawn." It says "yard." Could be sides, could be back. Read the link that was posted, it's pretty easy to read at the 2 minute mark.

Still, the sex outside was loud enough to wake her and both the kids up inside? That strains credibility. I live in an apartment building and can't hear my downstairs neighbors - a young married couple who I'm guessing are intimate.

I have a feeling there are a few people here, and elsewhere, who have had sex when they were on grass. Why is it a big deal for him? :waitasec: :tipsy:

Because he did it to torment his ex-wife and his sons could see him. MOO

I don't have a diagram or photo of her house so I can't answer the question about the window. I find it credible that a mother would be concerned and/or horrified by her ex having sex in front of THEIR children. I don't find that questionable. I don't think it's unreasonable to think he may have been loud and drunk and people wanted to know WTH was going on.

I'm glad she reported his behavior even if it was "allegedly" - who else is going to do it? The kids? That's her job as a mother. To be responsible. Folks can paint her as vindictive or whatever for making those "allegations" but it's disgusting behavior IMO and I wouldn't want my kids around that either.

I never said I condoned it. I said I didn't think he invited his children out to see it.

If I was going to have sex in my yard just to make sure my ex and kids could see it, 3am would be a bad time to choose.

Well he wanted somebody (possibly the neighbors and Elaine) to see him or else why would he be doing the wild-thing out in the yard?

Kinda like "hey, get a room".....

He wanted to be seen! JMO

I envisioned her screaming at Mark at the top of her lungs woke the boys up and brought them outside. Otherwise, I don't think they would have had a clue. IMO

IMO the only way to predict one's future behavior is to look at past behavior. So a history of violence might predict future violent acts. MOO

He doesn't have to "invite" his kids. He can act like a reckless, gross, drunk and his kids and the rest of the neighborhood can be unfortunate enough to bear witness.

I don't care what people do in their personal time for fun, but he's not a frat boy ... he's a father who's family was around. Apparently that day/night he didn't care that his kids were around. His choice.
