possible violation of the parental order? if they have shared custody and Elaine is the primary/residential parent, then perhaps Mark could be in violation? And I don't know what the "punishment" would be for violation. But I don't see how, unless he had something to do with Dylan's disappearance?

Even if they had joint custody, ER would be the primary physical custodian and anything MR did to violate the terms of visitation would be custodial intereference and/or abduction. Joint is in name only for decision making purposes. Physical custody determines where the child lives.

BENDER: We`re still searching in the area, the Vallecito area. However, it`s a very large lake. It takes 12 miles to drive around the entire lake. And we were searching, the reason we brought up the divers and the sonar and such is because of the dog alerts in a very small area. Our search by the divers and sonar actually covered an area probably 20 times the (INAUDIBLE) where the dogs alerted and there was simply nothing found there.

Though there was a case a month ago where a girl's body was found in a small pond. Divers could not locate the body, only when they drained the lake was the body found.

If it can happen in a small body of water, it can certainly happen in a large reservoir, regardless of the skills of the divers and sonar technicians.

In ER's last interview where she stated that MR isn't corresponding with them, talking to them, choosing to lay low, etc....

I was curious if her reference to him not corresponding with them was literal...like has she been writing letters to him.

I'm also curious if anyone else is corresponding with MR - trying to get answers.

I wonder what he would think if the general public wrote letters...

After an 11 hour labour My baby girl ANAYA LEA arrived on the 15/01/13 at 1:34pm weighing 4.4kg so 9lb 7oz. We are both doing well and the birth went great. She is a total boofa with the chubbiest cheeks but man she is adorable! I am so in love :heartluv:

it seems like there are some people on the find missing page that think DR is being held and it's something that got out of hand and wasn't supposed to go this far.
I can't imagine a scenario where that makes sense. What would have happened and why and by whom for this scenario to work?

I don't believe Elaine was guessing. It could be MR was told his results & he shared that info. with someone who passed it on to ER. It also happened in the Horman case, Kaine's older son overheard Terrie on the phone telling someone she failed IIRC. My point is we don't know how or where she received this information, but I believe her as well as what Corey said. ETA - Since they have been vocal publicly about this, I would think they totally trust their information is correct.

I.M.P.Honest.O. I've not ever waivered on what I personally took away from Elaine's words spoken on NG..

IMO she didn't know how to word what knowledge she did have regarding MR'S LDT results...as well as had likely received the harsh criticism from her IMO brutally honest words she shared publicly more than a week into her son's "disappearance" regarding the possibility of MR being involved and responsible for why her son was no longer here..

IMO it is exactly this that we see/hear on NG from Elaine in her attempts at explaining that what she knew about her ex-husband's initial LDT results were that it was inconclusive and that LE wished to have her ex sit again for another LDT so they could be more certain of what direction to continue the investigation..

I realize some opinions are that she wasn't being honest and therefor couldn't keep her less than honest statements straight thereby giving numerous, totally different and nonsensical "stories"..I strongly disagree and have not had anything to cause me to doubt or reason to believe any different than what I initially took away from hearing Elaine's words on NG..

I certainly have zero doubt that anyone would ever wish to find themselves in similar shoes and worst of all to deep in your heart feel that you know exactly whose responsible.. Horrific, truly horrific..

Nothing more than just M.P.Honest.O., tho..

Didn't want your post to get lost with the exciting news that Fruit Tingles is here flashing pictures of her darling baby girl.

We had some discussion on this topic yesterday. What if Dylan was suppose to only disappear for a short period of time, say to make Dad look irresponsible, so that he lost visitation rights? But what if it wasn't thought through very well and wasn't expected to take on a life of it's own the way it was???

Or what Dylan really didn't want to visit his Dad so someone helped him to disappear during the time the visitation was suppose to take place and then come back when it was over?? But again, what if it wasn't thought through very well and it wasn't expected to take on a life of it's own? And what if no one expected Mom to be so devastated by news her boy was missing?? And if no one thought there would be National News Media and billboards, and talk shows, etc.?

What if a simple little thing created a situation so big, that now they didn't know how to get out of it, how to come back from it without major legal issues??? This might be what was meant by the statement, "it went too far." It was suppose to end in days, not months. Just some speculation on my part.
