Again, what other scenarios do you think there is evidence pointing toward? We cannot discuss theories that we aren't privy to . Saying todays' new information could easily point to other persons than MR is a road we should go down. What are your thoughts? tia

Some of the contrary but equally viable opinions regarding these new revelations have already been put out there and dismissed by those seemingly hell bent on continuing the 'MR is evil incarnate' narrative. I'm not going to relist the alternate viewpoints posted by others, as it would again be in vain.

Slightly O/T from your post.. but I have wondered before if Dylan was simultaneously texting any other friends early on Saturday evening, while also texting Ryan. The only reason we know the details of his texts with Ryan are because Ryan chose to release them, right? (correct me if I'm wrong). I wonder if at any time after he arrived in La Plata County he communicated with any other friends, either from Bayfield or from Colorado Springs. If he was, it may or may not be significant. If any such texts exist, I am sure LE knows about it.

LE has a lot more than we know..I was guessing they had more info.. Most LE keep info close to the vest until they make an arrest and sometime we don't hear it all until the case goes to court.LE has not given up...apparently they are working the bottoms off to get this case solved and closed..LE will reveal a little more info when they feel the time is right.. When this case goes to trial, they do not want anything that will be a loop hole for the defense. I can't blame them for being so quiet.. I want justice also.

That's interesting. I usually discard things like that but the reporter was talking to Bender to get other info for the article. No indication if the "to his friends" came from Bender though.

Not a huge mystery though. Dylan's text probably was to one of his friends.

Imo, if LE had cleared MR already, then they would have told people not to hold their 'vigil' in his front yard. JMO

Or reporter took a creative license with information released by the sheriff. It's like a game of broken telephone. We start off with electronic device communication and end up with text to friends.

Don't we have a right to public assembly? As long as it's on public property and orderly and non-violent there's nothing the police can do.
