Yeah I don't believe he will stick around . He is just not Acting like a innocent man IMO .

Even with this little burst of activity this week, I am not feeling very confident about this case being resolved. I just have a bad feeling that LE will get everything possible against a potential POI and it will not be enough to make a case. So much seems to be supposition. IF he got there, IF he made the text, IF he really wanted to sleep in, IF he ate cereal, IF a fishing pole is missing, IF his phone broke, etc. With the ten-day delay by LE early on, many of those things can never be proven.

I tend to agree with you and one thing about the Anthony case is, it showed to prosecutors and LE that you can spend a lot of money and time to bring a case but if you don't have the physical evidence to seal the deal, you may be wasting your time. So it could be what was considered enough circumstantial evidence a decade ago no longer is enough to present to a grand jury.

As I said earlier, my granddaughter texts me from her iPod. It's not a iPod touch, it's an old iPod her mother gave her that she was bored with. It was not brand new. My granddaughter is only 10, she doesn't need new high tech devices yet.......she doesn't have a life yet. LOL

I don't believe you can text with any ipod except for the touch.

What strikes me the most in LE press release, they stop the timeline on Sunday. In all previous reports they included MR's story about getting up, waking or not waking Dylan, running errands, searching for him etc. This is the first time, and I think that it is significant, that LE clearly stops the timeline Sunday.

IMO they are concentrating on the time from Dylan's last communication on the 18th to MR's first errand on the 19th. A huge amount of time.

I've heard of 3 things he did monday morning: the lawyer, paperwork for his job
and walmart. I do not know the source of these .
If he went to walmart on monday morning, what did he need so urgently on
monday morning that he did not need or KNOW he needed on sunday night,
just 12 hrs earlier?

What was the supposed mediator for, do you think? If MR has anything to say why not speak to the media or Dylan's other family? A mediator is not a referee. This is a game MR is playing. Dangling a carrot only to pull it back. MOO

I think the same, sunday night is what they are focusing on and they wouldn't do that without good reason.

The whole Dylan was out like a light to me was a cop out . It just meant to me that he would not get caught out lying as " Dylan was asleep all evening " . And then he can't trip up over his story he had laid out ... MOO

the lawyer was confirmed, not sure if paperwork for his job or walmart were ever confirmed

I'm with you . I doubt that it will achieve much and am really hopeful that it does not achieve something negative. But the media and social media has really gone berserk this week reposting and retweeting his pictures everywhere, so that is a really great outcome already. I also think it might have given LE the idea that people want to know what the heck is going on so maybe they'll be a bit more talkative going forward !
