Excited to hear about the weather-cam. Earlier today someone posted an article about numerous people out searching that lst night. I am sure people went door-to-door very early on so, I would think if this cam was taped it would have been preserved.

Lefties are far more intelligent, curious and sleuthy than the
general population........from what I hear !

Omg, seriously? This is where we're at? Then I just have to point out...me, righty: investigator by education and trade----my two lefty sisters : no education, both housewives. Oh and lest anyone crack on the nobility of housewifery? I believe in it fully but I have twice as many kids as either of them.
<modsnip> Please....lets find Dylan......THATS ALL!

Dylan's case is so frustrating and so sad sometimes we joke around just a little. Which is exactly what Schmae was doing. :)

:seeya:I took it as she was just joking around as the other posters were doing the same. I don't think she meant it to be serious. She is not here at the moment, but I am sure she will clarify when she comes back.

Wow, I was totally joking . The word 'sleuthy' should have been your first clue. Yes , I had no business cracking a joke. Sooo sorry !

No need to apologize. Dylan's case is very trying on all of us ( I admit, I was in on the lefty posts also). We are on thread 29 and just this past week we got a little more information from LE; I am proud to be a part of this group that have kept and will continue to keep this thread going for Dylan.

I actually was intrigued when so many said they were ' lefties' and I did wonder if they were more curious and inquisitive by nature because they are somewhat uncommon and to have a few on just one page piqued my interest. :( I'm sorry again .

You have nothing to apologize for, imo. You were making a joke. We all do that occasionally because these forums are so bleak at times. No problem, imo.

talking about the other facebook while not really talking about it is not allowed here folks.

I don't post much, but let me get this straight:

The child stopped texting shortly after leaving Walmart with his father, but before returning to the father's residence (due to the distance, based upon store's video footage). However, the father stated that the child did not go missing until after they were both in bed?

And, there's actually a question as to whether the father is complicit in this disappearance?

The last electronic communication was at 9:37 PM.

He went missing the following day.

There's a whole thread of media links to peruse. :)

Father claims he went missing after the father left at 7:30 the next morning, but I hear you. Evidence is thin either way & some prefer to wait until police say he's a suspect & arrest him IMO.

Also, why would folks feel the need to vigorously defend this individual on a sleuthing site? Is there some personal link, perhaps? I'm truly curious...

Posters are entitled to their opinions. (re: vigorously defend)

as for if other posters have a personal link: discussing other posters is not allowed. They may just hold a differing opinion.

I am only jumping off of your post because it is important to remember that all opinions are valued here.

Folks, we have allowed the discussion of Dylan's father in this case because there are a lot of questions surrounding Dylan's disappearance and he was the last person known to see him prior to his disappeance.

We do not know what happened to Dylan or who is responsible. It is not a foregone conclusion that MR is responsible for the disappearance of his son.

We are web sleuths and as web sleuths, we'd like to see any and all possibilities as to what may have happened to Dylan discussed here. Any members chastising other members for putting forth alternative theories will be hit with hefty timeouts.

All reasonable theories and discussion of facts are welcome in this thread.

Please carry on and let's do what we do best.

Thank you
.

hope this helps

That's about it. LE stated the child's last "electronic communication" was at 9:37 pm. The child's mother has stated his last cell phone communication (text) was approx 8:00 pm. (taken from cell record).
The father claims he "spoke" to Dylan the following morning before setting off to complete some errands at 7:30am, and the child was missing when he returned home at 11:30am.
LE has NOT verified the child ever arrived at the father's home.

Also, I notice how much rambling is going on, too many useless details - like when MR starts in, he can't get himself to stop talking. From truthaboutdeception.com:
People get suspicious when answers contain more details or information than was required. Essentially, providing too many details makes people wonder if the truth is being told.

This effect is called the "falsifiability heuristic."

Another thing I notice in the video is when asked why the focus is on him, he says, "He was last seen with me", "he was with me the night before", and then skips a beat, like he remembers he better say this too, "..and you know I saw him the morning that I left to go run my errands."

"FALSIFIABILITY HEURISTIC." That sounds like what a very young child does when they are caught in a lie! Thank you Lordeebee!

Ugh, I feel like this case is at a standstill. I can't imagine what evidence LE can get at this point, if not already available to them. I do not believe that more than one person knows what happened and that person has managed ten-plus weeks without detection, apparently, or leaving behind enough to make an arrest.

The only thing is, if MR is truly innocent, then he KNOWS for sure that Dyaln has been abducted, in fact he is the only one who knows, except for the perp. So why isn't he
screaming, my child was abducted??

  • #755
What alarms in this is the fake attempt to cry . I have never seen a real person is about to generally break down and sob pull it back in which he does remarkably within a blink of a eye .

Nobody can switch off there emotions like that !

I've watched that uncut video several times - and the emotions seem affected. Playacting, to imitate real emotions.

...

I keep hoping that a lucky break happens like in some other cases, where missing person was eventually found (not always in a live state).

Unbelievable, isn't it? I don't recall in any of his interviews asking for information about Dylan or begging for his return....

:banghead::banghead:

Why hasn't he?? Totally agree with your post.
