well, Bender just said on the video that one possibility is that something happened at the house.

If Dylan wasn't at the house I don't know why he would say that in that way?

To make MR feel that they don't really have any idea which would make him feel more confident, or to rattle him because theres something he forgot?

My thoughts are if MR is lying or changing his story it must be so obvious to LE! They know word for word exactly what MR has said in statements to them. I just can't imagine that he could be that bad of a liar or would be so obvious in changing his story.
I sure wish a body language expert would comment on both interviews. I see what people are saying about Elaine and I think if it were MR who did this we would be all over it.
I'm so confused!!!

possibly, although my comment was based on it being his house therefore he being the most likely person to look at in that scenario IMO

I don't know what to think. To me, if this is different than MR's original statements to LE it's going to be quite obvious to them! Either this matches his original statements to LE or he's screwed up terribly.

I was simply astounded when I saw her eyes looking down
and to the left, she starts off looking quickly to the right, then left!
Eye contact with reporter was minimal, if any, during that particular part.
Also, astounded by the hesitation and stammering.
She had to of known this question would be asked.
This is a red flag for me and very concerning.
It cannot be explained away by the grief process.

I agree. She made me uneasy. And I do not think she acted that way because she felt guilty of sending him to his father.

Not sure what you mean. But, 10:30 is not late for him to still be up. And I know when I fly anywhere I am not able to come home and go straight to bed. And besides that I don't think the story of being up late the night before came from MR. I think it was DH that said that. jmo

My heart sort of fell when I saw that. To be honest, I just do not know what to think. Within a second of the question , I literally said out loud " ANSWER" and was thinking oh no oh no oh no,, what the heck . Stranger by the second. I was afraid this might happen. Instead of clearing things up,we are getting more bogged down with confusion !

But what if the stranger was a somewhat familiar person and not a stranger AND what if they never entered . Knock knock with gloves on because it's cold. " WHer'es your dad? '' " oh you want me to give u a ride, i'm going that way '' , etc. Maybe this person never crossed the threshold .

It wasnt cold then Dylan was in shorts and tee shirt!
I just dont think anyone went to that door.

What if Dylan was already dead (I hate typing that) in the morning? Possibly drugged or something and dad panicked and tried to hide the body? I don't know just throwing out an idea. I have this feeling that something happened late Sunday night.

Exactly!! She exhibited so many characteristics of what MR has been accused of doing. Shaking her head 'no', looking down, stumbling in her speech. I am not saying she had anything to do with this, what I am saying is how either she or MR react to questions by body jestures, doesn't mean a thing. jmo

Well, if they watched a movie until 10:30, and last text was at 9:37 pm, then "shortly after that" was exactly 53 minutes.
