MR told KOAT news that investigators took a pair of Dylan's sweatpants, his Ipod and a Nerf football the two tossed around Sunday night

now she says text was sent from Dylan's cell phone....

I understand that, I'm saying that when you know that a reporter is coming over to do an interview, I would believe that you would pick up a bit. Also, would you have a gun for people you are expecting and KNOW that they are not going to harm you?

I know people tease me about OCD, I wouldn't have had a pillow JMHO

Does MR have OCD? I don't, and I usually have a pillow. I don't really think anyone can say one is right and one is wrong about that. As far as guns go; I have never had and never will have a gun in my home, but I know many people who do. The {very recently) 14 year old son of one of my cousins is a hunter. He's been deer hunting with dad and the uncles for a few years now. He shot his first buck in 2010, and in 2012 he got his first buck with a crossbow. My brothers also hunted at that age, as well as many of my relatives (most males and many females). I don't believe either of my sons has ever shot a gun, in fact, they may have never even held one. To each his own. MOO

And MB tweeted that the 9:37 pm text was SENT from Dylan's CELLPHONE. Now I'm lost too.

OK, so he brought DRs phone back to his house with him (or kept it there) for a later ping and a communication that was to look as if it were coming from Dylan later in the evening? OR DR did send it to another kid or person who is not coming forward in media (but LE is aware) and it either shows DR was in fact there at house until that time OR it shows DR was somewhere else and maybe there is some incriminating content in the message. Just "speckle-ating"::moo:

Mark just wanted Dylan to be happy and he got that Dylan wanted to spend time with his friends . So why not let him go Sunday night if all he wanted was Dylan to be happy?

MR really shows a lot of anger re ER's job. They had take-out, he says got back 8:15 8:30 ish. McDonald 7:22 so this seems late to me getting back.

MR watched the whole movie. He sent Dylan text messages in the morning to see if he wanted anything picked up. MR went to work over a payroll issue, then his lawyer's office a they were in the process of filing papers re the divorce.

If Dylan sent a text from his cellphone at 9:37pm, then his mother would have seen it on the cellphone records. However, she did not. Elaine has been consistent that the last known communication via cellphone from Dylan was around 8:00pm.

What is ambivalent about this?

MR"s timeline of Sunday night :

Flight delayed, landed 6 or 6:20 something like that.
Immediately went to walmart,,, been out at work , didnt' have a lot of snacks.
Dylan liked to have snacks around. Enough for a day or 2 until we figured out
the rest of the week ( paraphrasing)
Dylan threw in a few videos from the $5 bin. One we watched " the NIGHT we were
together"
We went to mcdonalds. MR wanted a sit down restaurant. Dylan wanted mcdonalds.
Drove through , eat in truck.
Left mcdonald 7:30 ish, about 45 min. drive.
Got " here" probably about 8:15.
Not until u come up past the dam that you can get your cell service as a ' VERIZON" customer.
He was texting on the couch or playing a video game or something, assumed he's texting. Service is sporadic.
Two places DR said you can get service is from corner of couch and ' my room' .
Brought the dvd player down (from mr bedroom? ) to watch the dvd.
MR can't concentrate on one thing for 2 hrs. Likes sit coms better, 30 min.
MR was ' pacing the floor" at some point , taking care of things at the ' kitchen table ' :O
MR was tired, DR was tired, spent most of the day travelling.
10:30 ish movie is done. MR Runs up and goes to bed.
DR finished up watching' nickelodeon' whatever he was watching.
MR got up to run his errands.
Wanted to leave at 6:30, spent 45 to an hr trying to get DR to wake up .
Not uncommon for DR to not get up .
" dylan i'm leaving to go to town run my errands, if you need anything call me "
never heard from him.
Sent txt message to DR , are u up yet?
Got home close to 11:30
Spoke to divorce atty, in process of filing some papers with the court.
Phone call to a property management compnay re: a check.


Sorry, this is just for those who can't hear , or are at work. It's just his timeline of sun night to monday morning. NOT verbatim !
