The more I look at the photo of the item on the tv stand it does appear to be a coffee mug or something. I believe that there is a wall outlet on the wall behind it. And I do believe that is a laptop computer on the item on the ground. I don't think it's a garbage can, why would you have a garbage can in your living room? Especially when your kitchen is so close. But in the panned out shot of that area, you can see there is a chair with a lamp in that corner and the TV is turned slightly. So perhaps that is where MR likes to sit when he's in that room. Those leather couches can be very uncomfortable. That looks like a mix matched chair in that corner. Maybe his favourite comfortable chair? Where he can use his laptop comfortably?

Thank you.

So convenient that Dylan slept on the couch with the communal blanket and pillow....instead of going to his own bed where his scent would have been left....:what::what:

Exactly !!

I don't want to come across as a bully or anything, but if there is no TV in his room, he could have wanted to watch some Dora and fell asleep on the couch. IMO

Good grief...what more could he possibly want from her?
:what:

Nevermind. I forgot about the house she recently signed over to him. So, by the sounds of it, he probably wasn't too happy about losing "his" child support income? Must be tough for him to make it without Elaine's support. I can't help but wonder if this is what he was addressing (or re-addressing) on that appointment with his attorney. JMO

I thought that too, why would you have to see an attorney when you have a scheduled visitation. I don't get hung up on the "court ordered visit" they are all court ordered, it just makes it sound bad. IMO, what if the appt was to get more visitation, in CO and AZ the more visitation you have the better. So for example, if MR had every other weekend, that would 26 weekends or 52 days. If he asked for example summer break, which is about 12 weeks, that would make a huge difference in the child support. IDK but it's something to think about.

That coffee looking object definitely has a cord coming out of it with a small device on the cord, that you probably spin on or off.

Interesting. I'm always amazed by people who rely on child support when they aren't even the primary caretaker for their child. Was MR unable to become self supporting without Elaine's assistance? Guess it takes all kinds.

So who has the super awesome picture programs and are zooming in on the paperwork now? Not me, but I'm sure someone does. ;) ;)

Someone said it looked like a Scentsy candle, and I thought so too. That or one of those small speakers. The on/off mechanism makes me think Scentsy type candle. Although I don't picture MR with a Scentsy but who knows? I initially thought it looked like a speaker.

Didn't he also say something like he "banged or made noise" in the kitchen???...agree, heck the kitchen is a hop, skip and jump from the living room.

I see a stove so kitchen is right there next to the living room. No doors or any structural separation between kitchen and living room. And Dylan was sleeping on that sofa-I can't imagine that being all that comfortable.

So it's a proven fact that Elaine was paying child support?

There's an ashtray on the table, so it very well could be.

Right, and there's a big ole scented candle on the table that's seen some use, and another large pillar candle in the other room.

That pull out drawer with the device could be a photo printer, there's a small rectangular device sticking up.

I think I see a spark lighter on the table...generally used by welders.
