IMO Mark is playing games with Elaine and Cory so it is no wonder she is angry and frustrated . And it sickens me that some people criticise her when they have not walked in her shoes . :cow:

What dog was it that got a hit at the lake ?

I can remember the woman saying one the dogs hit on something but she did not believe Dylan was in the lake .

I believe this is the comment you are speaking of:

“I don’t believe that’s where he is,” Kessinger said. “I looked at the lake. I was there already. One of my dogs gave me an indication in one area that I’m going to check out, but I’m going to sit and talk with the family."

I beleive 2 different HRD dogs hit on the water.

Thank you , I just wish this lake could be cleared as if dogs are gettin hits there it seems odd that the woman does not think he is there .

I agree that the callers wouldn't have said who they were, that doesn't mean that LE couldn't find out where the call originated from.

for one LE could have had a trace on MRs line, secondly the telecommunications companies can track where calls originate from.

using any telephony or computer leaves a trail.

here its an offence to use a telecommunications device to harrass or threaten someone, its part of the telecommunications act, do you not have laws covering that?

It was probably not one person who made the threats, could have been made by various people. May also not have been all by phone. LE is not going to go chasing a dozen different people down and spending resources on that many crazy people. As I said, it happens in a lot of cases, and unless it's one specific person doing the threatening, they just do not bother. He's not the president, they simply don't have the funds or the time to hunt these people down and prosecute them.

THEY!

Anyone, Mom, Dad, LE.

So if le has to apporove why is this other team allowed to search?

I know how TES works and I know they do find ppl.

I don't know the specifics of the other search teams, Eileen, all I know is that TES has to have LE's approval with a list of possible areas to search. And LE cannot request them, it's up to the family.
I think I remember way back some discussion of someone in the family contacting TES, but they could not come for some reason unknown to me. Maybe someone else can answer you on that.

Did you notice how he answers that question from ER: Where is DYLAN? and he says: That's the question we have to keep asking ourselves. He didnt directly answer the question. IMO MR would have been a great politician.

I hope Dr. Phil will pin him down - call him out on "talking in circles" and not answering the direction questions!!

LOL, not sure about a "great" politician but yeah, he is a smooth talker of b.s.

I'm a little behind and if it has been answered then I'm sorry. :). The family did talk to Texas equusearch, but was told by LE they didn't want them in and because TE will only work with LE they couldn't help.

Thank you. I thought I remembered some discussion about the family contacting them.

they don't need to hunt them down, all it would take is a phone call to the telephone company and they get the number, address and account holders details real quick.

yes he says a lot while really saying nothing at all.

Maybe they can now bring in TE as LE have gotten nowhere so far . A fresh approach could bring in much needed results ... :cow:

ETA - if LE agrees and I can not see why they not at this stage as they have seemingly found nada so far !

They have throw away phones here in the US and if it is done over the internet people can change proxy settings and do other things that can make it hard to trace. There is so much of this going on all over the internet. If it comes from out of the state or country then different agencies are involved. LE can't police this stuff unfortunately.

Ok im watching MB's uncut interview (again) towards the end he says there was a mix up He went to the Marshals office and Elaine the Sheriff.

Now when he sent Elaine the text or the call about Dylan being missing didnt he say
Do you think we should call the SHERIFF?

we too have throw away phones and $2 sim cards.

as seen in some of the links provided earlier not everyone is aware of the tracks they leave so some are silly enough to use their regular phone or internet. If a UK policeman doesn't know then there are going to be others who don't know too.

IIRC ER said well we need to call the sheriff, and she did contact the sheriffs office about 5pm if memory serves me well, MR went to the marshalls office, the time reported for that was about 6pm I believe.
