I've been working on a Monday afternoon theory in my head for a few days. And then it got a boost this week when my son suggested maybe Dylan saw his dad do something and his dad felt he had to get rid of him. So maybe that happened on Monday afternoon. Dad had until 4ish to do something.

Maybe as a punishment Mark could have taken away his cell phone the night before and when he came back they argued about it, etc...hence the extra "napping" time??? Just a thought. He may not have used land line because I would be willing to bet he doesn't know his friend's cell #'s by heart. I know I don't know anyone's # by heart, as they are all programmed into my phone.

That's about all I've got.

My guess though is that something happened the night before.

Not sure but isnt there a way to boost you phones signal?

Hmm, I don't know. I can make a call, but it drops within seconds if it ever even connects. We had the same issue when we had Verizon, so maybe it's just me. lol

I am having trouble trying to figure out what LE is up to (or not) re: the lake hits. It appears they are very dismissive. I hope I am wrong and also that this is not an ego thing.

OT whatever show is on ID channel now is talking about a father whose personality suggests something called "narcissistic immunity" i.e that it is beyond their comprehension that they won't get what they want and convince others of their "truth".

Cellphone coverage has changed a lot in the last few years, but at one time you had to do an update on your phone to pickup new signals. It was recommended by carriers to update your phone once a month. I still update my phone monthly by pushing three numbers provided by my carrier. The update takes maybe a minute, my phone powers off then right back on.

Ugh, this LE is pissing me off! I think MR needs to take another poly as well, although not necessarily with Dr. Phil.

But Dr Phil was not giving him the test and he had the best and most qualified person to administer it>

Why not take it?

HE CANT!

Here is the link. I'm sorry I don't know who posted it.

http://www.pinerivertimes.com/

So what do we think this means ?

'''In Friday's edition: Dr. Phil contacts Elaine and Cory Redwine about a followup piece on Dylan. '''

From the link above. My guess is Phil sees that MR will never break and he will offer to help with investigating OR help with counseling for the others .
Wouldnt it be great if phil would have say a monthly missing kids show ?
PHIL DO IT !

Yes I remember doing that on my phone!

This has probably been asked and answered, but if someone could help me I would appreciate it.

Since plans were made by Dylan to be at his friends at 6:30, what happened to this planned meeting time? Has MR explained why the time changed? IIRC, MR has stated he knew the plan was for Dylan to meet up with his friends at 6:30 am. So why the 7:30 change?

MR has Contradicted the timeline, Dylan notified his friend Ryan he couldn't meet him that night thru text before the McDonalds 7:22 timeline.

MR in recent statements has said he told Dylan it was to late to meet up that night ( after the completion of Walmart and McDonalds ) and he would bring him the following morning.

MR clearly contradicted, and Ryan has allowed the media to view the sent and received messages between himself and Dylan.

Dylan texting seemed to end abruptly that Sunday night without further explanation from anyone, and all cell activity had ceased that Sunday night concerning Dylan's cell phone.

I think he needs to take a poly given by FBI. It doesn't need to be part of a daytime talk show. JMO

I am so hoping that Dr Phil says that he will do whatever it takes to help find this child and find whomever is responsible. And I hope he says that he will pay for a search of that lake!!!

I hear you!

So they get up and get going cause you wont take them later.
MY kids would get up it might take two coaxings but they got up.

Mark wouldnt take Dylan Sunday night but he will take 2 trips monday?

Lack of cell activity is the number one red flag in this case IMO.
That says to me whatever happened happened sunday night!

And he didnt end up in that lake (if its him) by accident!

Your kids are not everybody else's kids. Not being sarcastic but if one bases their opinions strictly on what their own kids would do, that's not being very fair. The point is, not all kids are predictable just from one's own experiences. All kids are different and it can vary from one extreme to the other in the same family.
I've got 3, and the youngest is as different from his brothers as daylight and dark. I could try 10 times to get him out of bed, and he would roll over and go back to sleep sometimes. Other times he would get up as soon as I called him. He's still like that, and he's grown!!

Jack Trimarco trains FBI polygraphers. He is the best of the best so it would leave no doubt in Mark's mind as to the ability of the polygrapher. It is also my understanding the the FBI has also tried to no avail to get him to take one.

He's not taking it. That's the bottom line. Why? I think that's pretty obvious IMO.

Wouldnt you feel better with Dr Phils guy?
I would think it would be less stressfull,

Honestly I think if you have nothing to hide it wouldnt matter who gave you the test!

True, but a lot of people have been dismissive about what ER says Dylan would or would not do, when Dylan has lived with her his entire life. She has said he would have gotten up.

BBM - this has bothered me for so long and I just can't get past it.
If you know that your son planned to be somewhere at 6:30 am why would you wait until around 6:30 to wake him up? It's about a 20 minute drive to the friends home, so wouldn't you normally wake someone up BEFORE 6:30 let's say 6 am?

It's a HUGE pet peeve of mine when people are suppose to be somewhere at 11:30 and call you at 11:30 to say, hey I'm gonna be late.

Admittedly this bothers me. I guess it is a pet peeve of mine, too.

I understand there are many possibilities of why the time changed that may not be nefarious. Overslept, alarm didn't go off, etc...But that would mean 2 people overslept. I wonder if Dylan was in the habit of using the alarm on his cellphone. I can vouch for many kids that do. Of course Dylan's phone would have to be working. Then there was a concern whether R's grandma would mind the early time? What happened to being considerate of R's grandma and showing up at the planned time?

IMO there would be some electronic history, somewhere, of the person MR has "hiding" Dylan if this were the case.

Honestly, why not just take off with Dylan, as thousands of parents and other relatives have done before and as HE has done before? This idea of "hiding" him, from everyone including himself makes zero sense.

I agree. I think the hiding thing makes limited sense and the total change of MO (from keeping the kids to calling the police to fake a kidnapping/accidental death/etc) makes even less sense.

My theory though didn't mean the one he met online had Dylan, but someone they knew did. The degrees of separation make LE finding the electronic history a little less likely.

That would be amazing if Dr Phil was able to provide the funds to get a real team in there to search the lake.

I don't understand the reluctance by LE other than a budget factor so if the funds are available and a good team is able to get in there now I think it would be welcomed by LE.

I wonder if MR would be willing to donate Dylan's "college fund" to the effort.

I stated this awhile back in January I believe, MR would've needed to awaken around 5:30 to get himself awake and ready to take off and have Dylan there by 6:30.

What's also bothered me about this timeframe, Was MR going to cook Breakfast for Himself and Dylan, or just eat cereal, or maybe he planned on stopping at a breakfast place prior to dropping off Dylan, MR never mentioned anything about food other than the prior night McDonalds, and that supposed cereal bowl of Dylan's upon return.

I'd really be interested in where and what MR had himself eaten that morning or day, That could explain his intentions, or if his plans were truthful concerning the time.

And I noticed Ryan attempted to contact Dylan just after 6:30 am Monday morning by cell phone, So Ryan was as excited about seeing Dylan as Dylan was seeing Ryan.

MR is fully Responsible for Dylan's Disapearance, no matter what theory's are floating around, MR action on the Dr Phil Show Solified Dylan's Disappearance.
