That could be easily verified so I would imagine he arrived closer to 8:30am. Problem is that there is no proof that he arrived there from his home in Vallecito. I do not believe there is any video showing vehicles on the road between the two places.

In my opinion, we don't know what LE may or may not have on video per statements in several MSM articles. Even a direct quote from Bender.
"As this is an ongoing criminal investigation, the Task Force cannot comment on details about the search of Mark Redwine's home, details about video and photographs from community members that are being analyzed, or any other details on the investigation," said Dan Bender, a sheriff's office spokesman.
