IMO, he did not use the "Jim Beam" as an "excuse to wiggle out of the test."
After being treated like crap on the show, he could not sleep. I would have been anxious after that debacle, too. So what if he had a few drinks of Jim Beam or whatever to help him get to sleep? It's not like it hasn't been done by anyone else on previous occasions.

I agree.
I don't neccessarily feel hes innocent but if I were innocent and was attacked on the show like he was I'd be afraid of a lie detecter test too.

The questions can be tricky and I would have to agree to specific questions beforehand before doing the lie detecter test.
For example
Question-Are you responsible for the death of Dylan?

Now even though I am innocent ,my conscience feels guilty because he disappeared under my care so in someway I feel responsible.

I answer "No" because I didn't murder him and the lie detector test says I'm lying.

There would have to be very specific questions before I would agree to the test.
For example: Did you commit any act of violence against Dylan on (date he disappeared).

Well I can see why they hate him!
I can see why they think he had something to do with it.

MR could have turned this entire thing around By being nice to his ex.
Answering her calls.
COMMUNICATING!

I think they found out exactly what they were seeking!

I dont think many thought he would have taken that poly!
I know I didnt.

I'm not siding with the guy but his exwife seemed like someone who might be hard to discuss things with.It seemed all she wants to do is yell at him and accuse him, which for all we know she could have a very good reason for doing so but maybe not.

Does ER still have the< Mod Snip> drinking problem? I read that is why MR divorced her.

Well there are conflicting stories on who divorced who so I don't know.

She divorced him! From what I read!

It has been clearly stated that MR started the divorce proceedings because of her drinking. That's why all the things posted about MR still wanting ER are so ridiculous. <modsnip>.

I find that that excuse a bunch B.S. ! He drinks too. They were just trying to make each other look bad.
She is going to be extremely defensive though because she does have a motive (although I highly don't believe she was involved in anyway). She might feel that her paying him child support might give her a motive.

It's in the previous threads. Has been discussed here many, many times.

It was stated on the Dr. Phil show with no denial from ER. I'm sure it's another he said/she said situation.

Well, you can look back through the threads for the court cases filed by MR if you want.

<modsnip>.

IMO it really doesn't matter if he or she has a drinking problem or drinks. I'm sure neither is a saint.

There were court documents showing that MR accused Elaine of driving with the children while drinking. I've never seen anything stating that due to this he filed for divorce. And honestly I could care less and think it has zero to do with Dylan being missing.

Is this in MSM? I have seen nothing in msm to indicate this whatsoever.

Your right. We have no verification from LE that Mark failed, passed, or was considered inconclusive in the qualified LE polygraph test that was administered to him. MOO.

And logic dictates if Mr. Redwine had passed it, he would be shouting that fact from the rooftops. So... This man DID NOT PASS that polygraph.

Not to mention he admitted that the results were a fail, and this man clearly lies to HIS BENEFIT only. Thereafter, comes the '...well, there is some confusion about the test and the qualifications of the administrator... blah blah blah...'

Now, if the point is that LE 'lied' to him about the results, then I suppose his best bet is to hire a defense attorney because, well, he will need one...

I don't think the court cases state that as the reason for the divorce.

Trimarco must have been referring to Elaine, since she never passed her poly....umm ...WAIT, YES she did pass her first one. So I guess he didn't mean to imply it was ER.
If they had just asked him questions to see if he was a good candidate for the test, he may have passed too!

Inconclusive can also result from administrator error.

How can you be caught in an inconclusion if it is inconclusive?
I hate when I get caught in an inconclusion! How do you ever talk your way out of it? :what:

I don't think the court cases state that as the reason for the divorce.
On DP, he said that he had told her that either she got into treatment or he'd take the boys and leave, which he did. She didn't deny it. It does look like she filed before he did, but it sounds like a mutual desire to me.

MOO

Hey Ronald, I was talking about the texts from MR to CR. I do appreciate you finding this though. :)
.

The Text between Cory and MR were posted on the other FB CMR with screen shots.

I don't feel MR is responsible for what has happened to Dylan.

LE is doing everything possible to find Dylan.

Re: the former, why?

Is it normal for there to be allowed unsupervised child visitation rights when there has been a history of domestic abuse?

Heck he sure wanst anxious on the MB interview!
Or the first uncut video.

He was nervouse because Dr P was in charge of this interview.
MR was in charge of the others!

JMO

Exactly! Think of the two differences though, MB is a woman and honestly some of the things she said to me were really unprofessional IMO but I've never been asked questions by a reporter before. I appreciated her report but I was and still am confused about why she a couple of things to me.

DP was out and out in charge from the beginning.

In my experience with MR MOO and all those ooooo's - MR tends to flirt & flatter women to gain their attention and approval, with men, he is very intimidated when confronted face to face.
