He sorta told the truth about failing the poly! :moo:

true, although he tried to minimize the result by putting blame on the polygraphers competence. LE's press release said there was no question about the polygraphers competence.

  • #842
It could have worked with some people. Other people will never take Mark's word no matter what. He could say that he was watching the film and not what Dylan was doing. That makes sense. MOO.

If he took a poly and passed it Others would believe him!

Its his actions and non actions that have cause this speculation of him nothing more nothing less. JMO

Thanks. So he has added "teen or whatever." Sounds like he's unsure which Nick channel that Dylan was watching. MOO.

It may even have been the Cartoon Network lol. My boys were big on that at Dylan's age. And older I hate to say lol.

The good news is nobody can blame the Dr Phil debacle on anybody apart from MR , unless somebody forced him to drink the night before he was due to sit a polygraph .

:moo: :cow: :cow:

Do you really think MR knew Dylan could text from that I POD I think that last text is a major piece of evidence in this case.

I think he knew EXACTLY what he was doing!

what would be the point of hiding something that was so easy to prove as truth or lie?

do liars lie about every single thing?

Read my post again. It didn't say "hide" I said "minimize."

He took a LE polygraph and for all we know he passed it. LE hasn't released the results and anything they told Mark could be deception. MOO.

I think that Mark answering the Wi Fi question without hesitation or trying to minimize it shows me he isn't trying to hide something that some people feel is important in this case. MOO.

He cant hide the fact that he has WiFi he ordered it he pays for it.

yes you did say hide

what would be the point of hiding or minimizing what sort of internet he had? If he had lied LE would have been able to easily prove that he lied.

I give up. You don't understand the point I'm trying to make so lets just agree to disagree about this one.

But from what we know he did fail it!!

It came from the horses mouth that he had failed it.

And he had a chance in front of the nation to re-sit it and see if he would pass this one and he chose to drink the night before so he was clearly not confident he would pass it :cow:

He said he failed! We cant go by what if's that is speculation on our part.

I do not feel and this is JMOO that LE wants to believe a father could harm his son and If this man passed a poly they will tell him he failed. I can not come up with a good enough reason for that.

All JMO

It's true that he could have failed. Or it could have been inconclusive. But like I said until LE releases the true results, we wont know.

Again, I say that LE could have been deceptive in telling Mark that he failed. MOO.

LE could have been using deception when they told Mark he failed. He was a suspect in the disappearance of his son. I think that we will have to agree to disagree about this because it's senseless to keep going back and forth over this. MOO.

Ok , so then why would a innocent man be given a second chance to retake it and drink the night before and turn up hung over :cow: ??

LE didn't ask him to retake a polygraph that I know of. Dr Phil would also drive me to drink. MOO.

IIRC didn't LE make a statement that there was no question about the polygraph operators competence?

anything they told him could also be true.

And does Dr Phil not use professional people to do the polygraphs ? and if this is the case then he had no reason to drink the night before unless he has something too hide :cow:

Drinking the night before he agreed to the polygraph did more harm than good as once again if MR is innocent then all eyes was on him again. And yet MR has stated "he wants this to be about Dylan and not himself" , he has a funny way of showing it :cow:

Yes, I remember LE saying that and it's true that Mark could have failed the test.
