new article on ribbons being made...
I read it as referring to him texting mom before he disappeared this time. The arrival post with the scowl, I guess.
didn't search north end because dogs did not hit there...
That article needs to be rephrased!
thanks everyone - gonna delete my post and go to bed....i thought i was gonna have a heart attack..
Yes, I understand that. The dogs picked up the scent on top of the water on the south end but depending on the wind direction, the scent could have moved across the top of the water from where potential human remains are located possibly the north end. This is my understanding of info provided here from a recent poster who is search and rescue experienced with dogs.
There are 3 or 4 posters who have experience:
Seek and Find, Sarx, someone from CA, and I do not remember the other poster.

What heart attack?
I'm missing something.

In this article http://durangoherald.com/article/20121201/NEWS01/121209940/Volunteers-not-giving-up-hope-- there is a poorly phrased sentence: ("She said Dylan would never put his mother through that pain. If he was having a bad time at the lake, he would call or text his mother, as he did once before disappearing, she said.")
In other words, the poor phrasing of this sentence can be interpreted as him going missing before, which we do not think to be the case, that rather this sentence is referring to the scowl text.
When I first read it, I too was like "What?"
This has been quite an emotional roller coaster, and we're not even related to Dylan. I've been waiting for Oceanblue and certain other posters defending MR to return and give us hope that we're wrong. They had some pretty viable explanations for a lot of things and I had started considering the possibility that Dylan is still alive somewhere.thanks everyone - gonna delete my post and go to bed....i thought i was gonna have a heart attack..

This person claims to be MR's sister, but it is the interwebs where anyone can be anyone , right? So grain of salt........... at least...

Is it strange she says <modsnip> and <modsnip>
Thanks, but I only have diving experience, not SAR experience.![]()
I feel the same way. Not sure why but I really believe that little boy will be found in that lake. I hate it. I wish I could get it out of my head but I can't.
