Which facts or evidence do you think people are overlooking?

IMO, people have only been looking for the facts, evidence, and statements to try to determine what happened to Dylan.

We absolutely have no evidence whatsoever though as to what happened to Dylan and its been two weeks.:(

i understand what you are saying. I had an abusive ex at one time, and thank goodness we didnt have kids. But i know he loved our little doggie and i felt safe letting him 'share custody' because his aggressiveness was towards me not towards our fur baby. But still, he had temper tantrums, made bad choices, and
drank too much too often. So i cannot say i trusted him overall in terms of his decision making skills.

My point is this, mr seemed to have , according to his plentiful court charges,a
hard time making good decisions. He had a lot of charges over the years. So he seems to have been pretty stubborn and volatile. Jmo

no convictions...only accusations by an ex wife...

Have the records of these been released now? If so, do you have a link? TIA

I suppose that is hunkey dorrie...even though he has not even been called a POI by LE much less a suspect and we are two weeks out now. Never mind that the police have said he has cooperated fully since the beginning.

IMO

But they did impound his vehicles, which have not yet been returned. And they reportedly want him to re-take his poly. So that tells me he is a POI. JMO

I just felt that she may have hope now that he is alive somewhere.

IMO

Dad has been using the past tense a lot...and many people have determined that it really doesn't mean much. That is why I asked about why Mom's using present tense was any different.

  • #846
So she is back to using present tense this time? Good.

Oh, I'm sorry I didn't convey what I wanted to say properly....

Here's mom's direct quote:

"It's extremely unusual for Dylan [not to text]. He wanted me to get him a smart phone so bad and in retrospect I wish I would've got him one quicker but it was what I was going to get him for Christmas- it's what I am going to get him for Christmas- because he kind of outgrew his little phone that he had, it was just a little flip phone, and he was just.. that thing was just smokin' by the time he was done."

In this particular context about Christmas she used future tense "I am going to" (get him new phone)...

The "IS going to get him a new phone" was me saying she is going to get him a new phone, not an analysis of tense. Sorry for confusion.

What exactly is child abuse that is not physical?

Examples only.... not having on seat belt, riding in the back of pickup truck, late for school x # of times, late returning to other parent, etc.

  • #848
Polygraph official: The dad said how much the boy had meant to him (past tense). We look for statements like this before giving the polygraph.

We (here on websleuths) do to!
:floorlaugh:

The child abuse-non violent could have been something as simple as Dylan not wearing a seatbelt or riding in the back of the truck. It was dismissed so I don't think we should consider it. There were some other charges though. They flashed on the screen so fast I didn't get them all.

I'm sure the<modsnip> will discount her grief. But she sounded devastated. She cried talking about Dylan, pleading with anyone who knows anything to come forward. She said someone knows something and just wants her son home. Poor mom. :(

Oh I believe she is a grieving mother. I just dont necessarily believe everything she says is the gospel truth.

I think Mark Redwine is a grieving father too but most men try to hold their emotions in check and push them down inside, imo.

I have been hunting for this little guy....I have felt like this the last 40 minutes...

He's easier/faster to type than find & click on, IMO.

FFR, just type colon the word thud then colon

Ie : thud : but without spaces.

HTH :)

Nancy doesnt like to hear the truth.

IMO

Disrespecting ex wives the way he did was beyond unacceptable, rude and crossed the line by a mile.

For just this once, in the instance, I am going to defend Nancy Grace! In the future, could you please not put me in the position of having to do that? I feel like I need a shower....shiver....

Oh so it was dismissed? thanks.

Charges dismissed sometimes can mean dismissed because of pleading guilty to other charges... just saying.

Without knowing the specifics of the incident, none of that should be talked about in here. JMHO

I agree- I was adding to the transcription only. I am a fence sitter. Easier to link it to what Pensfan graciously transcribed at the approximate time it was on the show-and let spec end about outcome

I think most people have had teens who seem to want to sleep all day. Some will go to bed pretty early and dont even want to get out of bed at noon.

Ours wanted to sleep really late sometimes until we put a stop to it. They really felt worse because they got too much sleep.

IMO

My kids wanted to sleep all day too if they were stuck at home with us boring parents. But if they had a chance to go see some good friends from their old hometown, they would have been up and ready if they had a 1o hour nights sleep the night before, imo.

That poor woman is completely distraught. Her pain is so real that I ache for her. She will be destroyed if her baby is dead and the man she entrusted him to is responsible.

Why because he he implied women can be monsters too in divorces? They can be Linda...just like men can. Both genders can be vindictive as hell.

He did plead it down by accepting lesser charges. And I think we can discuss it now because it was already on MSM. Correct?

we have evidence that he arrived at the airport, we have evidence that he, his backpack and phone are missing. we have evidence that his father says he left him home alone for 4 hours. we have evidence that his phone has not been used since the sunday night at 7.06 apparantly.

that might not seem like any evidence to you, but IMO it adds up to quite a lot.
