Where do you see the anger is directed at a neighbor? Is there a new article out? Can you provide a link please?

The headline says he denies it but the interview dosen't mention that he denied it?
Hey, info about the 2003 issue!

Thank you. Just so you know, I didnt sleuth or make up the stuff about the argument with his neighbor. It is posted upthread from an MSM article, I swear.

Thank you Katy -- I do know and have seen/read the articles. I was unaware of the most recent articles that have come out this evening - the last one I saw talked about the NG show, but it didn't say anything about the charges/neighbor. Others sent me the links though (thank you guys!) and I think (I think) I'm all caught up for the 5 seconds or so.......

Sounds to me like MR was taking up for his children . I am sure it was dylan don't think cory would have a toy truck. jmo

This is my favorite photo of Dylan!
It reminds me what we are all here for.
We all want Dlyan to Come Home.
Perhaps tomorrow will be the day. Night all.

After reading the threads and some (not all) of the links, I really feel that if Dylan was unhappy in his life, or with the custody issues, that he would talk with his older brother. They seemed close, and his brother seems to be 'there' for Dylan. I just can't see him running away or disappearing himself. Not for this long. (And yes, I know that LE has said recently that they don't think he ran away.)

imo

I feel like he was really close to his big brother too. I love that one picture of them together smiling. This whole thing must be excruciating for Corey. He is one of the biggest victims in this whole tragic mess, imo. :rose:

As far as we know, LE says Dylan reached the county but that is all they know. Have they confirmed walmart and McDonald's yet? If mom and dad are not involved in his disappearance should families in the area be concerned? Does LE think he left the house in the am and someone locally took him? Someone passing through took him? A person who was watching Dad's house while he traveled took him? His friends met up with him and something happened?

I know the most important thing presently is that Dylan is found. However if LE doesn't release something soon to clear up a few questions I'm gonna :banghead: I just dont understand no pics of his backpack at the very least. How does that compromise anything? Does it not help searchers? I hope answers to some benign questions come soon.

Should locals be letting the LE know if anyone is acting odd, wasn't at work or was late? If someone is wearing new clothes/shoes like they got rid of a set of clothing?

:chillout: Things sure have quieted down around here, wonder why :escape:

But what little kid wants his father to be so angry that he is arrested for assault, trespassing, menacing and child abuse, all over a stupid toy truck? I bet the poor kid was as embarrassed as heck. JMO

[ I remember when my DS asked DH to stop 'cheering' for him and jeering at the refs during his hockey games. My DH is from Boston and he LOVED to chew out the refs and the other team, 'in support' of his kid. But our kid said . please, knock it off, it's embarrassing. lol]

It seems like they are not looking for a random abduction. I think they have someone in their sights, and are just waiting to collect enough evidence to make an arrest.

How far is the airport from the walmart?
Also men are not like women, SORRY GIRLS , you know it's true.
A man wants to go to walmart , he will go , grab what he needs
and get out of there in 10 minutes, especially at 8 on a sunday
night . It was probably fairly slow in there. It's women who
want to browse about and hit every aisle and make walmart a
2 hr expedition :P
That may be a generalization, but it's definitely not true in all cases. I'm one who prefers to get what I need and leave, and I hate window shopping. I know a lot of guys who take forever grocery shopping, especially at a place like Walmart. (some just because they don't seem to know where anything is!) Most of the people I know (us old fogeys) couldn't even walk from the parking lot into the first register and back to the car in 10 minutes.

Has that been stated? I got the impression that Dylan sent a text to his mom when he landed and was still on the plane (like most people he turned on his cell phone as soon as the plane was on the tarmac.) It would have taken him a few minutes to get off the plane and meet his dad at arrivals.
I don't think he sent the text to her as soon as he landed; she's said she got it at least an hour after it's been said that the plane landed. She said he sent a text saying that he got there and his father had picked him up, so I'm thinking he probably sent it after they got to the car. I have no idea what difference it makes, but I thought I'd say it just in case it did matter.

I could be wrong but I believe the sole custody was awarded when ER needed to move due to a job transfer and MR was trying to block that move because he had joint custody of Dylan? So ER had to go to court to gain sole custody so she could move?

MOO
I never read any of that other than here, do you have a link? TIA

I know it has been said that Mark did not see Dylan often when he was still living in the local area, but nowhere has that been quantified. Does anyone know about how much they saw each other? These things can be relative; what one person believes to be infrequent another might view as often. I have no idea what the picture really was.
If he worked out of state a lot, it would probably make it hard to see him real often. I really don't know what is considered average. My father usually came around for a day or so every few years. My ex took the boys almost every weekend even though we never had any custody orders. I would imagine that most families are somewhere in between.

Some of the toy trucks or remote control trucks can cost big big bucks depending on a persons interest in them & need for speed. Thousands of dollars I've seen over the years. I think the price has come down but there are gas packs, batteries etc..Honestly, I don't ever dream of owning one but I've seen young adults have them, older too. I would rather drive fast myself. ha ha

Okay, now, where were we? Hello everyone! :seeya:

Oh, I know:

On Sunday, November 18, MR sez he told Dylan it was "too late" for him to go to his friend's house (around about 8 p.m. or so, based on LE's statements regarding the last activity from Dylan's phone).

As I stated in a prior post, IMO, 8 p.m. doesn't seem like "too late" in my book.

Dylan has been described as "tech-savvy" (i.e. someone who knows how to communicate electronically). Yet, despite being in a home that we now know to have a computer with internet access, NO ONE heard from Dylan after 8 p.m. on Sunday, November 18th, even though he was excited to get together with his friends & had plans to get together with them the following day after dad quashed the plans on the night of the 18th.

According to ER (Dylan's mom), per her NG interview, Dylan would have woken up at 6:30 to go see his friends (since he was used to waking up early to go to school, and would have also been excited to see his friends).

I'm thinking LE has listened to both sides (from both parents), and I'm thinking they're skeptical of the info MR has been giving them.

The point I was trying to make is that MR was acting on behalf of his kids. He was protecting him in the way he knew how. I am sure it could have embarassed his oldest son, but how many parents have embarrassed their kids at some point? It was not a mean act I don't think. jmo
