Day, date, time of the ARTICLE she posted with the pictures.

Ok I was asking because it says 6:37 PM, Dec 4, 2012 now under the article headline. Thanks.

I did notice in Dylan's pictures at the airport and Wal-Mart that he doesn't have his cell phone in his face texting.........

whoa I must have missed something, what makes you say his mother has treated him like a baby? I've seen nothing to indicate that at all.
Little things, like signing her letter to him "Mommy, Big Brother and Mike", expecting him to text her before he goes to bed and when he gets up (I think she changed that later), expecting him to text to let her know where he'd be when he's visiting Dad, and several little things she's said over time. I'm not saying it's a bad thing; I was just saying I expected him to look younger because when a kid looks younger, we sometimes tend to treat them like they're younger. MOO

I look at those pictures and in the first one I see Dylan relaxed looking up towards the camera as if to say meh what you looking at, the second one however I see Dylan not looking very happy, he looks grumpy.

Seeing him looking so tiny and young makes me fear more for a pedophile.

I haven't checked it out, but it is possible that someone entered a comment under the article/about the article that updated the time. Or the author of the article adjusted something.

The short article calls out that the pictures are from the Airport and Durango Walmart.

Me either. The ironic part is that more than a couple have insinuated that ER is too lax because of her statements on him checking in.

REDWINE: It was my understanding from his dad that everything Dylan had was in his backpack including his cell phone, his iPod, his iPod charger, his cell phone charger, all of his clothes. So we had to actually make a trip to get some of Dylan`s clothes from where we live in Colorado Springs because it was my understanding there were no clothes at his dad`s house.

Interesting that dad tells mom all of the above are with Dylan..yet clothes and iPod are at dads..still really doesn't make sense either that Dylan supposedly leaves discarded clothes behind on the couch, along with his bed linens supposedly made for his bed on the couch..yet they had no scent items for the dogs until mom has clothes brought from CCity to give as scent items..really nonsensical..

And again why does dad tell mom EVERYTHING ABOVE is with Dylan..yet we know clothes and iPod were not?

Is it really necessary to continue the slams on the mother when we are talking about Dylan's pictures?????

No, it is NOT. And if you could alert the posts, the mods will be happy to look at them.

As was said yesterday - there is zero tolerance from this point forward for accusing, implying or otherwise insinuating that these PARENTS are anything other than the victims of either horrible circumstances or criminal behavior.

Enough. TOs are being issued. Discuss the facts, discuss info from MSM, make REASONABLE speculations that do not cause harm to others. Please post responsibly.

Maybe its just wishful thinking, but I have a feeling LE is on the verge of some other releases of information....

I am thinking the same thing.

Probably cuz Dad told him they weren't swinging by his friend's house that night, that he would see him the next day. Don't take much to get a 13 year old boy pissy when he doesn't get his own way. IMO

Well everyones different I suppose not everyone uses Mom, my 18 yr old still alternates between calling me mum, mummy and momsy.

I don't think expecting a text message is babying him, its interest in the childs day and often its the child who instigates the contact, its quite common when parent and child have a good relationship. eg my daughter contacts me a couple of times a day, when she's on her break, when she's travelling places and just to say good night when she's away from home, she's done that for years and as a mum I love that she keeps me up to date with whats happening.

We don't know whose ipod was taken from the house.

I am so heartsick over these pictures released. Should the headline not read "Have you seen this boy" etc. etc. Nothing. Just photos. They know something. Oh my. MOO

It happens! Well...I dunno 'bout lakes, but I do know from personal experience that parking lots are vicious creeps! I even had one jump at me out of nowhere and grab my laptop once. But I showed him!...five years later, I'm typing away on that laptop right now. Meanwhile, the parking lot is getting ripped up. Muahahaha!

ETA...Caution, ladies n gents, there are plenty more corny jokes and possibly pointless anecdotes where that came from. I have had multiple panic attacks today and now I'm giddy with relief/tiredness/lorazepam. I'll try to keep it under control but I thought I should give fair warning.

Keep the levity coming, Jane.. It does my soul good! :D

and that is indicative of what?.. I would definitely think that a 13yr old at the airport would be looking for his father..his ride..and not texting and clueless of his surroundings.. But that just an opinion..

What is it indicative of?
