How can an Innocent person act like this?

I know I'm really late with my responses, but I just finally got caught up.

I have always wondered why MR went to the Marshall and not the Sheriff when DR went missing. does he know people with the Marshall's office? Is there some cronyism going on? IDK, but I do wonder the way the investigation has been handled.

I'd guess it's because the Marshall's office is in Bayfield and the Sheriff's office is in Durango. It would be much closer.

I know, quoting myself - now that I've had a little more time to re-review the show and people's initial thoughts a few questions are coming to mind.
BBM - who is "her"? I could see "called me and told me that..." but "her"?

I believe he said it was a "person in the community" who had been offering help.

The only other thing I can remember noticing, is the comment "behind the scenes." I didn't catch anybody mention this, but I heard it as, "It's fine with me."

It is hard hanging onto the fence, but I still haven't seen any actual evidence that MR is responsible for whatever happened - no matter how likely it might seem. I don't know of anybody who has said that they are convinced that he's innocent, but I (and possibly others) still don't feel like I can accuse someone of something that serious with no concrete proof. MOO

"Her" is a woman that offered to do a raffle. He was saying that she was never called by the organizers of the searches, website, etc. But she was called and did not return the calls.

Why was only MR asked to take a polygraph? IMO they ALL should have taken one. EH seems to talk out of both sides of her mouth, and CR is filled with venom. I'd have felt better to see them all take it.

Because they all took one and passed! Mark didnt!

In my opinion, no one else needs to, but I believe ER did. Everyone else has been HELPFUL, this <mod snip> knows more than he is saying and I am sure is loving stringing people along.

I just hope there is enough evidence for the chair...

Watching Dr Phil make that offer of him helping him to go get dylan, or recover him, and his reaction is chilling to me. If someone suggested I had possibly killed my child, I would have lost it. I could not hear that and not fight against it.

All about how MR feels. STILL, not a word about worrying about Dylan, whether he is alive or dead, safe, warm, scared. He weasels out of every question and tries to shift or share the blame.
