More things that stood out:

Both ER and MR on stage w/Dr. Phil:

• Dr. Phil asks MR what he thinks happened - MR says taken by someone he knew, or abducted walking down the street to his friend T's house; a lot of suspicions ER may be involved in this [he and Dr. Phil go back and forth on this, you really have to see it, I can't describe it!]
• MR suspects that she's involved and maybe people in the community; "She's not been known to hang around the professional people" "very much hangs around the criminal types" [my response again: what?!?!]
• Phil questions MR about 3 prior incidents of him taking/keeping the kids (once in first marriage, twice Cory and Dylan)
• Per MR in Fall 2005 there was a situation that started the divorce process; MR was concerned about ER's alcohol abuse at the time. Says he gave ER an ultimatem that she had to enroll in an alcohol program or he was getting a divorce and taking the kids. [me again: what?!?]
• Dr. Phil questioned MR about physical abuse in prior marriage "I never hit her" but they pushed/shoved/he threw her on the bed to get her out of a doorway [my own note: he looked almost like he was about to laugh through this part IMO]
• [Oh my gosh... I am in tears. ] ER confronting MR says she has a concern that MR has hurt him and that "his bones are out there just laying and you don't even care"

The comment section on Dr. Phil's website is interesting. One comment relates to MR saying that the polygraph was not administered professionally (sorry, not verbatim). MR was allegedly told first he failed and then told it was inconclusive.

The commenter elaborates that DP empathized w/MR regarding the first polygraph being unfair but DP was using reverse psychology.

You're welcome! Honestly I know they're 'spoilers' but there is so much more to it when you see and hear them talking - voices, expressions, etc. I don't think I'm 'giving away' all that much.

Apparently so on hiding his kids, 3 times total. Once with his first wife and twice with Elaine/Dylan/Cory (hopefully I spelled his name right, can never remember if it has an e or not).

I was expecting messy but wow... this is almost beyond belief.

I could NOT be in MR's presence without going ballistic. He is a piece of work. Very vindictive and gloating.

totally agree. he prepped for the show by finding new accusations and ways to blame ER, and throw suspicion on her and depict her in a bad light. <modsnip> MOO IMO JMO

• MR claims ER immediately called her divorce attorney; MR says ER never tried to call him; ER "why didn't you call me? why do I have to call you when you lost our son?"
• MR says ER can't sit there and have a civil conversation with him
• ER says it's 6 miles to Dylan's friend's house, MR says it's not 6 miles, Dr. Phil pulls up a map and shows it and MR starts back-pedaling and saying that Dylan would've walked "to the end of the road"
• Dr. Phil shows route where Mark traveled that day; Dr. Phil mentions how long the walk would take to get to the nearest friend's house and questions shouldn't MR have seen him on the road?
• Dr. Phil does a "walking route" tour type map of Google [my note: wow, eye opening!]
• MR says TV was on.
• [my note: MR starting to look pretty stressed]
• ER questions why Dylan would be out in "mid-November" and MR says to ER "and you sent him without a coat?" [my note: wow... I will now pick my jaw up off of the floor and continue]

I am finding it strange that LE has never pointed how far it was to "T"'s house and how unlikely it was Dylan walked .

Both ER and MR on stage w/Dr. Phil:

• ER took Poly and passed
• ER says MR's inconclusive; MR says he took it, confusion as to what results are from law enforcement. MR laughed and said "I don't really want to tell you that" [yes, laughing while he said this!]
• MR says ER results not confirmed to him and his not confirmed to her, "sore spot" with him
• ER asks MR directly "Did you hurt him?" and [my note: OMG!!!] MR's reply "what kind of mother are you to even think I was capable of doing something like that?"
• MR says LE told him he failed the poly, then that it was inconclusive and questioning whether the polygraph person was qualified
• MR totally left the door open for Dr. Phil on that one - Dr. Phil talks about how that's unfair to MR if they didn't have a qualified person, "offers" to have his highly qualified people do a new poly "to clear your name"
• Dr. Phil "Are we done?" and says no because lots of questions in our minds and his mind - so many unanswered questions. Wants to know why people are doing what they're doing, and why people aren't doing what they're not doing [you might have to hear this for it to make sense]
