I bet they spent a lot of time with Gannon's little sister and also his friends.

Kids sometimes tell friends things they don't tell their parents. Also there might be someone who was a witness to the way TS treated Gannon. Imo

The number of Child Forensic Interviewers and Victim Specialists focused on children really makes me think Lil Sis witnessed something significant and probably traumatic. Poor thing.

I did see this, but MOO it stands out that there was no arrest. Wonder why.
The whole extradition process is part of the case.
Sounds like she might have waived her Miranda rights and talked to them without an attorney?

Then, when was that? She was long gone before he claims he went back thru the tapes to see her coming and going in the truck. I don't get what tape he was offering to show her, unless it was the one of the kids and the car on sunday before he went missing.

Thank you. I don't have a way to watch. Does anyone remember what day RD said this happened? Seems it would have had to be Mon or Tues before TS was gone from the house. And I still don't see why RD wouldn't just look at the video himself but maybe that's just what I would do in that situation. If I saw a child that maybe was maybe wasn't GS, then I'd go to one of the Stauchs.

Locksmiths carry electronic key fob replacements for many popular makes/models of cars and can electronically reprogram them to work with your car if you loose your fob/transponder. I'm sure they need proof of ownership and the code info (from the dealership or from another spare) but getting a new one through them is cheaper and faster than through a dealership. I don't have personal experience, but have several friends who've done it this way.

ETA: Locksmiths can definitely program & provide a new key fob/transponder. This is not the one mentioned in witness list, but see the drop down box at the bottom of the page!

The local hardware store near me can duplicate and program many types of chip keys, including cutting the “sidewinder” type of key blade. Keyless keys are usually only available through the dealer and select locksmiths. Some keys require an appointment of up to 30 mins to scan and program as they basically need to access the entire onboard computer of vehicle

Something that's occurred to me over the past couple of days.....I think we're going to find out that LS was much more evil & horrible than we've been expecting AND much dumber in her cover-up of Gannon's murder and what lead to it than we've been giving her credit for!

Liking this post just doesn't seem adequate or appropriate. The circumstances are incredibly sad and it is awful to think about but I fully agree with you. I think we should prepare for some horrific details.

I don't think it would be an advantage to CO to have TS facing charges in KS. I'm not an attorney but even though she was in custody, I'm not sure that would mean it could be a CO charge. And they probably didn't want to have to park her in KS for another extradition hearing. My guess it comes in somehow to the CO trial without charging her criminally.
