Oh, I never knew she mentioned “missing Switch”. Oh frock, that’s huge!!! Give it up TS.
Ok I need to ask again... missing switch?

What did I not catch in that doc dump?

I believe someone a while back mentioned there were a couple of dogs, "Sadie" being one of them that AS mentions about getting back "immediately." Do we know where they are? Did they go missing the same day as Gannon? I can't help but think they are somehow part of the equation. Boys and dogs can be pretty tight.
You know what, my gut tells me that Sadie meant a lot to Gannon. As stated in his divorce filing, AS wants the dog back ASAP! To me, that is a good indicator that Sadie is also missing. :(

TS's comments (paraphrasing) about punishing someone, and taking someone away ... I am afraid they have meaning.

LS is a cruel and evil woman. She knew the family’s weaknesses. She discounted their strengths. She thought her most heinous actions would only be successful so long as she took them boldly. Without hesitation. Without fear. No soul. No compassion. Evil dark lurker fits her to a Tee. Prosecution is dotting their I’s and crossing their Tee’s.

She’s going down. Flushed into the bowels of the she-pen prison awaiting her. For now, she sits wearing her suicide color-coded jumpsuit waiting until her next drink of water and a sandwich. Waiting. Waiting. Waiting. Still waiting...
Excellent post!

BBM

Or a baseball/softball bat bag. For reasons I can't go into, pretty sure both AS & LS played at one point in time so potentially would have equipment sitting around the garage. Even though I'm sure they had guns in their house, bullets/shell casings can be traced to a gun & gun powder residue is hard to get rid of on clothes, material, etc. and it's pretty easy to tell if a gun's been shot recently. It's definitely a possibility, but for many reasons I lean toward a bat.

JMO MOO
TS carries something intentionally—-I’m going to rethink the household items, bat or rifle seems too long, I’m 5’5” and the way she carries the item would cause them to drag on the ground. So I’m back to household items-garage likely!!!

I'm realizing I'm pretty clueless re: a lot of technology. But if a tile was connected to a car key and that posed a problem, why not either

1. Get a copy made of the key then dispose of the one with the tile.

OR

2. Peel off the tile and get rid of it after permanently deleting it from the device? Of course, LE may be able to restore the missing info but wouldn't they also be able to track the "lost" key anyway?

I'm not really understanding when TS would have had time to get her car ignition re-keyed. And would a locksmith do that on a leased car? (Is it possible for a service person to tell the car is leased?) Or are we talking about there being a tile on the key for AS's truck? And if so, wouldn't the tracker info likely be on his phone?
I'm not getting this.
JMO

Definitely good points. I'm just trying to think why LE would have a locksmith on the witness list. Maybe he/she would be able to testify what a particular key goes to if a random (gate?) key was found in the snow or somewhere random. I can't think of a reason why LS would call them out to the house as she would have keys to everything. Even if she somehow "lost" that gate key, she could either blame it on Gannon or cut the lock and put a new one on, why call a locksmith? I could see her realizing that she had a Tile on truck keychain and panicking to chuck/get rid of the whole thing in hast. Maybe getting it re-keyed the next day? She had time before AS arrived home on Tues. Who knows?? It's so hard to think like or find any logic in this soulless creature!

It was a commend post for awhile and IIRC they did search around there one of the days. (I'll see if I can find specifics) Anyway Marksheffel runs right by that area and not far from Lorson Ranch, hmmm. The only thing that throws me in that area of Marksheffel, I'd think there would be a fair amount of traffic and their vehicles would be recognized.......but not a rental
Yes I remember a search. Just wonder if there was a place missed or hidden under snow, A creek, a shallow grave under a tree, a well, a ditch.

I assumed Sadie was with HH. <modsnip: rumor> I keep thinking about Gannon's little sister and want her to have the dog for comfort. Kids don't always know how to express grief (especially when they see their parents upset) but animals are often a wonderful way to sooth.

Pets—yes, they have special meaning in different ways to family members-pets play many roles in the family. Pets become part of the larger conversation, when the dynamic at home changes, they’re often used as a tool to hurt others. Petco.

I wonder as she sits in jail if it has sunk into her brain that there were 107 search warrants and 1000 pages of discovery...so far. Does she sit there and really believe she can still outsmart them?

I don’t believe she has any moral courage. That’s why she can’t take them to Gannon. She is going to sit there and be proven guilty just like Patrick Frazee. Such a shameful way to be.
... and without any regard for the pain, sorrow, misery, time, effort, expense, resources and relational damage it will cost others. Not even her own daughter!

An attempt to reach Stauch’s public defender, Kathryn Strobel, by telephone for comment wasn’t successful. The state public defender’s office does not comment on litigation.
Colorado Sun, other media outlets seek affidavit for stepmom accused of murdering Gannon Stauch

eta:Kathryn Strobel M | GovSalaries

eta again:
One of her attorneys, Kathryn Strobel, waived a reading of possible charges against her. Letecia Stauch was scheduled to appear in person Wednesday in 4th Judicial District Court, at which time she is expected to be formally charged.

Stauch was appointed two public defenders, Strobel and Kim Chalmers. Chalmers is a senior trial attorney who in 2018 served on the defense team for double-murderer Glen Law Galloway at a death-penalty trial.

“I know this is an extremely difficult situation to say the least,” El Paso County Judge Denise Peacock said in addressing the courtroom. “It carries high emotion.”

You answered a question I had regarding if LS had a 'death penalty qualified' attorney. It appears that she does.

TS is pushing her luck, maybe that’s exactly how she plans to get out of this life at this point.

Interesting finds:
-Memorial Hospital Security
-Denver PD officer based out of DIA (maybe tracking LS' travel).
-Nintendo Product Support
-Three Petco Employees including one in loss prevention!!!
-Ring Law Enforcement Specialist
-HH
-Laina (I will never call her by her initials since they are the same as her SM.)
-Any others?

Didn't see RD, but maybe he doesn't qualify since he didn't witness anything, just provided material. Or, does another neighbor have better material?

Also, coroner mentioned is with Butler County. There is no Butler County in CO. There is one in Ohio, just adjacent to Hamilton County which houses Cincy where LS' ex passed away.

As to the bolded portion : "Didn't see RD, but maybe he doesn't qualify since he didn't witness anything, just provided material. Or, does another neighbor have better material?"

I think he will have to take the witness stand if the prosecutor shows any of his videos. They cannot show them unless RD takes the stand to explain how and when he recorded the footage. JMO IMO

I'm going through the list of FBI witnesses to see if any of them have special areas of expertise.

One of the agents out of DC appears to be with the Behavioral Analysis Unit, and has focused on crimes against children.

One of the Denver agents is a Child Forensic Interviewer.

Still going through the list.

Edit: at least two Child Forensic Interviewers, actually.

@lonetraveler , I do not think putting the DP on the table will do a bit of good. Her attorneys will just tell her that the governor will commute the sentence.
