Had there been video confirming his arrival home, we almost certainly would have heard about it in the affidavit.
They reached that conclusion, likely based on the blood evidence in Gannon’s bedroom. I can’t imagine them leaving that out, as it’s quite important.
I'm trying to remember in the PF trial and AA - I don't think we knew about the images of both PF and KB in front of the townhouse that day (from the AA) did we? Didn't we find that out during the trial when they started introducing all of the evidence? I can't recall exactly but if that was the case, there is a chance they didn't include everything in the AA, right? Just enough to nail her for the charges?

I can't for the life of me figure out what this post means. All you lovely ladies are important. Don't let the haters bring you down!![]()
If she got fired on Friday, I wonder if it's possible that GS wasn't really sick at all on Monday and if she kept him home as a cover for why she wasn't going to work?Yeah, I thought that she was notified on Friday before the murder. The affidavit also states that she was an assistant teacher so I'm not sure what that means, either. I've heard of teacher's assistant, teachers aide , or consultant teacher, (special ed) but not "assistant teacher."
Imo
Yeah, I wondered about that too. I thought maybe she didn't want AS to know she had lost her job.If she got fired on Friday, I wonder if it's possible that GS wasn't really sick at all on Monday and if she kept him home as a cover for why she wasn't going to work?
I'm still not convinced he exited the truck. The AA states the video was from several houses away and not clear enough to even positively identify Gannon (#'s 31& 32).
It seems they partially base the opinion he returned on the ADT report.
Does anyone have a home security system? Will dogs moving around set off motion sensors?
It's so hard to say because none of the choices make sense to any of us people who would never even consider killing our child. That being said, I think I'm leaning towards something bad happened on Sunday where she injured GS and knew she had gone too far and wasn't going to be able to just lie it away. My gut says she murdered him to save herself and in her own crazy head, she thought she was so smart she could outwit the investigators and get away with it. Too bad for you LS..... they had you from day one and you will never get away with what you did to this beautiful little boy who is our hero! Gman, your life mattered and will always matter to all who love you! Your light in the world will never be dimmed by the evil that exists because your light is so much brighter and you've shared it with all of us!Do we have a consensus here that she'd been planning to murder Gannon for a while? That she knew her and Al were over so this was like her psychopathic version of cutting up all of her soon to be ex's nice suits? Or that Gannon did something to set her off and it was a rage attack?
They don't have to disclose it in the arrest affidavit, no.Now wait a minute @oviedo, your post gives me a little hope! So if they had additional key footage, they don't have to disclose it? It would definitely be part of discovery though, right? I'm assuming something like that can't just be a bombshell at the trial.
Out of curiosity, what are the chances her attorney says they have to roll with this Eguardo thing throughout the trial? That's the statement she gave police on record, so isn't their best defense to embrace and own it?
I would assume her attorney knows she's guilty and crazy and won't plea out. Why not just stick with the facts your client made up, lose the case, and move on with your lawyering life?
When she leaves with Gannon in the truck, where was her SUV? Is it in the neighbors surveillance tapes? Could she have all ready had her SUV waiting somewhere else and switched cars and left his body in the SUV and switched back to the truck to come back home? Thanks. I did know that but had forgotten! Still, there was blood with GS's DNA where the SUV was parked. And something reacted with Luminol in the SUV in several spots. But no reactions in the truck at all. It's just hard for me to see how that could happen except with the AA hypothesized sequence of events.

This would be a very difficult defense, IMO. Unfortunately (for her), it's not the only statement she gave on record. The first statement given was that Gannon ran away. Eguardo was (supposedly) given the garage door code in order for him to repair the carpet while TS was "running errands". This absolutely does NOT work for 2 reasons: 1) The defense would be unable to provide video surveillance of Eguardo arriving and entering the garage. 2) Eguardo did not unarm the alarm system, or set-off any motion detectors. The AA discusses when the alarm system was set, and when it was disarmed upon their return. No mention of any activity in between.

Can a home security system detect dogs? It's just detecting movement correct? How about lights going on and off? Would that pick up as movement?
Yes I’ve so wondered about those trips even more when they left out what she bought . Is there anything petco sells that could’ve used to....ugh well hurt him like pet medication or anything? Obviously she went twice which seems like it means something .Letecia shared, that SHE told LE about the Petco trips and even provided receipts for her purchases. I can't recall if it was the Leigh Egan or DWAP interview?
Because of this, I suspect her purchases were mundane and unrelated to Gannon's murder. The Petco stops were for another purpose, which in IMO, might have been to leave & pick-up Gannon's phone to avoid tracking.
I also wonder this. I go back and forth it seems like a real possibility she ran out of time at the very least to clean up downstairs and we know that from texts, receipts , sending her out to play and saying she couldn’t see G bc he was asleep in her bed . I thought the mileage provided was from her own leased car and can’t get in to re-read it. There’s no way for me she left her phone at home unless it was very intentional. The pictures. Even G asking to play Zelda I think was T.I apologize if any of this has already been covered. I'm a few days behind, and trying to catch up.
I guess I am now in the minority that still believes that GS never came home from the shopping trip. I can't say for certain that he didn't return home, but I'm 99.7% certain that "the shadow" wasn't from him. I've argued this point at length previously, and really don't feel like getting into it again. I even found some new ammo today, but I digress (whatever that means).
Also, with the fake lie detector test, she submitted 3 questions. 2 of the questions were, "did you harm stepson?", "did you kill stepson?" We know the answers to these. The third question, "did stepson return home from shopping?" What are the odds that she would submit a question and answer that was truthful? Isn't that the point of a fake polygraph? To lie? Although, I know that this proves nothing.
And to the point of my post. I probably should have put this first because there are probably very few of you still reading, but it concerns paragraphs 53-55 in the AA. Again, this isn't proof of anything, and I may be interpreting it incorrectly. It is concerning AS's statement that the bed was usually up against the wall. The thing is, I believe that the "unusual" picture (with the bed away from the wall) was the one from LS's phone.
So at 8am, the bed was in the unusual position, and at 10pm it was in it's "normal" position. I realize that this also fits LE's theory. But my question is, when did the bed get pushed away from the wall? Had LS already been back there cleaning up blood before 8am? Or is there a totally innocent explanation as to why the bed was initially away from the wall?

MOO I just went over the RD video, (original in YT.)In the surveillance video, vehicle(s) are seen parked in the driveway when LS backed the truck in the driveway both when she left with GS in the morning and when they returned mid-afternoon.
It seemed to me that the neighbor (and the surveillance camera) must reside facing the driver's side (of the truck) and why we don't have good camera angle of the passenger side or any of the vehicle(s) parked in the driveway (or if anybody got out of the truck on the passenger side). I think the SUV very well could have been parked in the driveway or the garage.
I believe the only time LS addressed her SUV not being at home is after GS murdered and when AS arrived home. LS was driving a rental and I think she told AS the SUV was parked at a school(?).
