It’s likely HH graduated early, like December. A lot of kids can do that now. Or maybe she graduated the year before, maybe began school a year early. I never gave a thought to her missing school.I feel the same way -- AS has to be smothering under a cloud of guilt and regret. He's likely beating himself up over not recognizing the extent Tee would go to -- to protect herself and to get her way.
I also agree about HH. There could have been some dynamic in the home that pitted Tee and HH against GS. JMO. MOO. HH sure does show up assisting Tee a whole lot in the AA. I've known two blended families with wicked in-fighting between step-siblings.
Based on the AA, to me it is apparent that HH is in Tee's corner, and we are not privy to what went on in that house, so it's very difficult to judge it fairly.
What we do know is that Tee did something so horrible that she ought not see the light of day outside prison walls again. The trajectory of HH's life has been changed forever, and how she chooses to handle this situation will determine what kind of woman she eventually becomes.
I still want to know what a 17 year old was doing working on a school day -- the day GS likely perished.
All your points are good. There were a lot of dynamics taking place in that house. A lot of evil from LS.
I feel bad for AS and his daughter and the guilt. I feel tremendous sorrow for Gannons mother also.
