Another thing about the RD Video. Why would Gannon exit on the side next to the Tiguan when it's very close to the other car for one, and that he entered on the other side? I know kids are all over the place but if he entered on the driver side and buckled in, why wouldn't he exit the same side?

When LS & GS departed home in the morning, GS walked to the truck and climbed in the back seat on the driver's side. I'm not sure why he got in the back seat initially -- perhaps to lie down if he wasn't feeling so great...

If he was riding in the front seat when they returned home - it follows that he would get out on the passenger side (easy for a slim child versus an adult).

Because his evil stepmother exited from the driver's side? He may have felt a need or simply desired not to exit on the same side, to avoid interaction, to avoid physical confrontation, because it was closer to the side gate?

Maybe there’s no blood in the truck because she cleaned him up before leaving home Monday morning. Then drove to wherever she shot him and put him in that body bag that seals out moisture. And left him somewhere. Then went home to clean the splatter from her attack from Sunday night. I’m making the assumption she hurt him Sunday night enough to lose blood but didn’t kill him.

The blood is still the problem. A significant amount in the bedroom. Zero in the truck.

JMO Gannon waits at the side of the truck for TS. I think it's possible she TOLD him to wait there and that, in that flurry of movement, she places something on the seat. Additionally I believe she would have wrapped any injury he had so he was "good to go".

If TS intended to commit murder that day, why would she wait until just before the LaiS would get home? Why all four hours out of the house? Why not hurry home and give yourself more time? Why all the cellphone funny business if you're not really doing anything troubling for those hours?

I know that some people here have said that she may have been scouting for a place to do her dastardly deed and couldn't find a suitable location, but that seems like a theory forced by LE's theory in the AW... trying to make it fit.

Again, to me, it just makes more sense to adjust WHERE he died, allowing for a head injury at home, proof of life such as it was at 10, and no sighting of him thereafter....

For one thing, if murder is on your mind, abd you've been driving around aimlessly looking for a kill site but can't find one, when time is at a premium, do you waste time returning to Petco? Or do you speed home?

I can't make sense of that trip outside of murder.

JMO
It does seem odd. But I think she had no choice but to head back to Petco if she left the phone there.

  • #266
The thought that she may have verbally abused him during that four hour ride. Chilling. Though I also think she could have had him unconscious in truck bed, because I never got the shadow. But the video showed her opening the truck door with some force so it could have been a chase.
I actually hope we have this all wrong.
the idea of him being tormented and in pain driving around in that car is just too cruel to contemplate.
she could at least have had the decency to finish what she started and end his suffering quickly.

it says so much.:(

SPECULATION FOLLOWS:

Has anyone experienced being accidentally burned by fire?
Did you bleed afterward?
Have you ever seen anyone bleed afterward?
One word: Cauterized.

Did TS attempt to clean Gannon's burns (on his legs) after the fire?
Did she make the injuries worse after which his wounds then bled out?
Was the fire TS' initial attempt to murder Gannon?

Insurance money?

I thought from the start that LS killed him in a fit of rage and then spent the rest of the time covering up the crime. I was absolutely stunned when the charges of premeditation were released, the whole thing is just too messy.

That said, there are a couple of things that seem to lend themselves to deliberate premeditation like the search for whether Nintendo can locate a switch or whether a ‘parent can track my phone’. Supposedly he was alive in the truck when this search was made. Either the event had already happened or she was staging for a future attack.

The ‘can my parent track my phone’ search, iirc, took place while she was at PetCo. Within minutes of Gannon texting AS and asking if he could play Zelda, there’s a search that sets up a potential runaway situation. He ran away because he wasn’t allowed to play his switch, for example.

The whole sequence of events seem like a set up to stage a runaway situation, which makes me think that whatever happened, it took place Sunday night.

Having seen the AA and the google searches for whether LS is allowed to leave a child unattended might be because she was planning on making it look like he a) runaway at an undetermined time because she was out when it happened, or b) there was a home invasion and an intruder killed him.

The photo of him in bed at 8 that morning is odd, unless it’s part of the staging and she has made sure there is no blood visible in the picture. But then it would have been stupid to then change the bedding before reporting him missing because it messes with her staging!

I can’t reconcile the fact that he was not only alive and walking but that he also supposedly dropped the switch in the RD Video of him leaving with her at 10ish. Wasn’t he banned from playing it as punishment?

So much of it is nonsensical. I can’t get over the amount of evidence they have against her to believe it was premeditated. But then, there is the video of him leaving in the truck, clearly walking and alive at 10am...

It’s chilling!
100 agree that she originally wanted to let him “runaway” while she was out but didn’t want to get in trouble for leaving him home alone. She is as clueless as she is cruel.

I just do not believe a candle can cause serious injury...even hot wax cools quickly. My mother was a burn victim she accidentally caught her hair and nightgown on fire with a candle, but the flames were from her clothes. Bleeding is not immediate and gushing because the damage is to small capillaries. Her story is BS

But then wouldn't she have thought it through a bit better? Why kill.him in his room? Or Is she that delusional to think she would get off.

Hi there Iggy!

If you notice many premeditated murders are inside homes or the suspect removes them from the safety of their home, and finishes murdering them elsewhere.

Murderers are never as smart as they believe they are when they plan out the murders beforehand.

She, like all other first degree murderers always believe they wont be caught no matter how sloppy their plan turned out to be.

That is one of the reasons most premeditated murderers get caught. They make mistakes and weren't nearly as smart as they thought they were.

I believe she enjoyed torturing little Gannon. It's why she used three deadly weapons against one small child. She wanted to prolong his agony before she finally killed him.

Just look at all the forums on WS involving first degree murders of children, and it's obvious they had much planning, and aforethought yet were still caught, arrested and charged with first degree murder.

This one really believed she could convince LE into believing her BS stories. She is not alone by any means. All offenders think they can pull the wool over the eyes of LE.

Science time:

Does anyone know what would happen if you had an area of blood on a mattress and you poured vinegar or vinegar and water on it? Surely it would dilute the stain... would it soak through the mattress, drip down the side and pool into a saucer size blood stain beneath the carpet?

Would it entirely denigrate DNA?

Does Luminol react weaker and stronger, depending?

Is it possible that Gannon didn't actually lose as much blood as it might have appeared? That TS's cleaning technique resulted in an exaggerated the volume?

I wish we could ask her a few questions. We can bet she'd jump at a chance to clear up some confusion -- and create more. It's what she does best.

There's chaos in her brain.

JMO
I was wondering the same thing. Did her cleaning technique dilute the blood on the mattress and cause it to drip down through and onto the floor? The only thing is the mention of the blood around the outlet. I do think that she gravely injured him but he did not die right away and was able to get into that vehicle on Monday.

Not a stretch to conclude Mr. Devlin either reads the news or even Googled her name. Nope, not touching that one with a ten foot pole. The phone calls took place on February 18th.

Q- "What do you do now just delete it, go on about life and keep the money"?
A- "Yes, we do indeed".

Damn, she's an idiot!!

I like how she included "delete it". I bet she was really shaking in her boots at that point. But whew! they'll delete it, so all's good.

I think Dan May was at the house twice to confirm for himself that they had a strong case for murder, no body. That they could make a case for where the murder occurred and how the murder occurred.

But I think they concede there's no PROOF he returned, it's just that, if the crime scene was in fact a murder scene, he would have had to.

Again, I want to highlight TS's insistence he returned with her. Because polygraph tests, becauses heat technology. Oh, how she loves her becauses. The fact that she tries to gaslight us into believing he came home all but confirms for me he did not.

Something to consider, highly unlikely but then, she's BSC -- what if she DID return with someone? Eguardo. Hopping out fast, activity upstairs and down. Carpet repair ...

Picked him up a block away from Petco.... hustled him out of the house later that day, in her car.

Unknown male DNA...

No rape, just a hired hand.

Me, I don't see anyone exiting the trucking the far side....

But it's not the CRAZIEST story ever told.

Think about TS's ever-changing storylines: sge changed them to accommodate items of discovery, often before they were discovered!

Maybe someone else WAS in the house that day. Smuggled in, smuggled out, paid in cash --

I wonder how much joint monies disappeared in and around these busy BSC days...

I’m sure if anyone else came to the house video would exist

I'm wondering how slowly the wheels of justice might turn in this case. I can't imagine it being fast-tracked.

What would be the advantages and disadvantages if the case was fast-tracked?

Probably geared towards cheaters.

I'm curious about this fake polygraph site. If they refused to hand over her positive poly because of the "nature of the questions", I wonder what fake questions they deem acceptable. Wouldn't everybody ordering up these fake polys be suspect and involve some type of crime?

Great post!
What if she sedated him & drove around in the car, waiting for him to fall asleep. It took longer than she anticipated.
Once he was asleep, she returned home and backed the car into the driveway so she could carry him out more easily. We obviously don’t see this on video.
She carries him to his bed & attacks him. In this scenario, she’d likely not use a gun, but something she’d want to assure he couldn’t escape from, like a blunt object.

One theory I've contemplated was that once he passed out in the truck, she put him in the suitcase thinking he was dead. Realized he was still alive at some point (maybe when she got home and put him back in bed) and then had to kill him in some quicker fashion. The idea having been to make it look like he died in his sleep, but oops!

Of course, the problem with that is that she was at least beginning to craft the runaway story before coming home.... That doesn't fit with bringing his body back home.

I keep coming back to that too. If there was some incident where she hurt him because of her rage with the carpet and couch being ruined then even at that point you would think she would just cut her losses and take off with her daughter or just face the consequences. But no, not with this twisted person. She takes it a step further and ends up killing Gannon to avoid any responsibility for anything.

Which really makes me seriously wonder if she had always wanted to kill him to get back at the bio parents. And when the carpet incident happened it was easy for her to take it to the limit because she had always wanted to kill him anyway.

Someone shared a few pages back that she had mentioned something like "some day the bio parents will be sorry for how they treated me" or something like that. I dont have the reference so not sure when that was said or the exact words. If that is true then that really shows she wanted some sort of serious revenge on the bio parents and it really shows premeditation into what eventually happened.

I think it's very likely she wanted to cause the bio parents some pain, but -- and this is just MOO, JMO -- I think she wanted to cause GS direct pain. When you listen to her words in the interview, she intentionally points out that GS was immature and that he pooped his pants. And that was when she was trying to control herself - no loving parent would ever say those sorts of derogatory things about their child. I think she disliked him to such an extent, she couldn't stop herself from saying those things.

I also think she wanted him to feel pain because three weapons are claimed in the charges, a knife, a blunt object, and a firearm. If her sole intent was to hurt bio parents, she could have taken him out quickly with just the gun, but she used three weapons, and I feel it was to make him suffer right up to the end.

I hope I'm wrong.

I have little doubt Gannon returned to the house with TS that Monday afternoon. The shadow was my catalyst for this belief. The shadow indicated the rear passenger door of the truck was opened (either from the inside or the outside) then closed and there was activity on that side of the truck behind that door.

The ADT motion sensor data indicated only two possible occupants in the house between 2:14 PM and when HH and Gannon's younder sister returned to the house... that's enough to solidify my belief.

I think you are referring to a Google search she did on 1/25. It's on page 22 of the AA.

She really wallowed in her self-pity, didn't she?
