I got the idea from someone else on the thread, not my original thought, just for the record.

I did have an afterthought though. That theory doesn’t fit the timeline. Gannon had already “run away” for several hours at that point. I’m back to dismissing her gate comment again or it could just be LS just messed up on her presplaining

On page 23, #147 in the Affidavit, LS says "Every conversation that's said, even at this moment, I can hear inside."

In that paragraph, LS references a "minor child". Would that be HH?

Also, do you suppose LS was standing outside the home when she sent that text, listening to the conversation inside?

I think the ring app allows you to see and hear what's going on, that's likely how she knew what LE was saying while she wasn't at home?

Her paranoia also shows in #146. That was Tuesday the 28th at 6:04 pm, they ask her to give them Gannon's toothbrush so they can get his DNA.

I don't remember when LE changed the status from runaway to endangered missing, but I think she knew at that point they weren't drinking her kool-aid.

To me, the emphasis is on the going back and forth. Gannon didn't go back and forth. She did.

But, that's not a major point in all this.

I am interested in figuring out why she said the things she said (Quincy Brown laid down in front of her car? I'd love to know where she came up with that insane idea. Did she once lay down in front of someone's car?!) Her stories both revolt me and intrigue me (no worries - I have zero respect for liars).

Mainly, though, I just want evidence compiled that proves her guilt. My interest in her stories is secondary to that.

Yes, but I think she made up the story about Gannon going around to the side of the house to support her story that he had left that way, (through the gate) and that's why he was not seen on video leaving the house.

There may have been blood found there. She mentions him getting hurt in the garage and the presence of blood there and on the car.

The back door opening and closing 10 times may have been while she was cleaning up the murder scene. She may have been rinsing out rags or traveling back and forth to the garage to get supplies.

At first I thought she might have carried the body out that way, but there is also access to the garage from within the house. There was blood found along the path from Gannon's room, the landing, and hallway and the steps leading to the garage.

So it's possible that she entered or exited the garage at times through the house and at times by way of the back door. Maybe she got blood on or in the area of the gate.

There was also blood found on her sneaker, so it's possible that she stepped in Gannon's blood and tracked it in the house or outside near the back door.

Didn't LS claim that Gannon was going to the gate several times on Saturday? That was two days before she opened the back door 10x. I agree she was trying to presplain something with the gate story, but I don't think it was an attempt to explain the back door opening so many times on the day of the murder.

LS felt they were hiding something by telling her nothing was wrong by them asking for GS toothbrush. They didn’t lie to her.

The FBI has a plan in place for missing persons cases. They follow it by the book, step by step. Especially a missing child. They request something with the missing persons DNA or a family members DNA early in the case. Whether they suspect runaway, kidnapping or foul play, they will have DNA waiting to match to any evidence found.

Her consciousness of guilt made her think something wasn’t right with their request. An innocent parent would be more than happy to help LE .

LE didn’t have a lot of evidence pointing towards her in the first 24 hours, but they definitely had data and statistics that leads to scrutinizing the last adult to see a missing child.
I see no fault in the amount of time local LE and FBI took to build their case.
MOO
I think she knew it was standard procedure to collect DNA for a missing person.

She was just fishing for information, to see if AS knew anything or to see if he himself was keeping something from her.

I also think she knew they were on to her from the beginning.

I think LS telling AS she thought LE were hiding something after they took Gannon's toothbrush is classic manipulator tactic.

She is attempting to put doubt into AS's mind about the motives and honesty of LE. She is undermining LE, imo, or trying to.

When a manipulative person is hiding truth, it's a classic move to accuse someone else of hiding truth.

I wonder by chance if there is an outside spicket by the gate?

No, but the back door opening and closing so many times may explain why there was blood found there, or why she had to go back and forth so many times.

I think the main reason she mentioned him going to the gate, though, was to support the runaway story and explain why he wasn't seen.

At one time she said that she had given police the name of the person who came to get Gannon and who sent them.

When RD asked her if she wanted to view his video to see who might have abducted him, She said, "no, he didn't go towards the house, he went the other way," or something like that.

So basically neither Gannon nor his abductor were captured on camera because they came and went by way of the gate.

Good thinking. I bet there is a hose back there.

That would make sense. There has to be some reason she would go outside so many times in that short period of time.

If she had already cleaned up the night/early am in the house. Do you think my theory of ending his little life in the garage unrealistic? I know ballistics would tell LE more then what we have access to but it sure would cut down on more stains trailed in the house to clean.

Reading the 2 added “fire arm” charges tears my heart right out!! Is it standard procedure to add the charges in with only suspicion then omit them if not needed vs not adding them in & needing them later?

We always shut down outside faucets in the winter time though because they freeze and burst. I wonder if they did the same because of the below freezing temperatures at night.

Yes, good thinking. I wish we had a picture of the outside of the house and especially of the gate and how far it is from the garage.

I guess an outside hose would be located near the kitchen or a bathroom, or the utility room? What room is near the back door?

Also, I wonder if there is a sink in the garage and she used that for some of the cleanup?

We do as well but easy to turn on if needed.

Yes, that too! Trying to lay the foundation for the "set up" story.

LE is setting her up to frame her for murder and planting evidence in the house, no doubt! (Jk)

She must have watched that documentary, "Making a Murderer."
(I think that's the name of it.)

No, they need to have good evidence backing up any charges. Those weapon-specific sentence enhancer charges were added soon after his body was found, almost certainly based on injuries found at autopsy.

A couple days ago, someone mentioned they had a layout of the home but they could not figure out how to share it or if it was from a source that was against TOS.

Sorry I dont remember who that was that mentioned it. If they are still reading maybe they can give a little more information so that we can help to see if it is acceptable here and if we can help them with how to share the layout.

Im not sure what type of information it may have been.

There was also that public home listing too for the property to re-rent it. Maybe there is some pictures out there but I think the listing was pulled. So either another renter already rented it which could be why the listing was removed.

guys, last night, gray broke down the arrest warrant chronologically, using excel and google maps, and it's a must-see. really gives a clear vision of how this (possibly) went down.
