On the endorsed witness list (exchanged between the parties), it is the norm for the victim's Name to appear c/o Next of Kin of the victim.

For example, see victim Kelsey Berreth below.

Thanks so much for explaining this & pointing out the similarity to KB’s endorsed witness list!

She’s constantly running all kinds of potential plot lines in her head, it seems. Imagine what weird stuff she can come up with after sitting alone in the pokie with just her thoughts, for months on end.

I guess we will hear of all her explanations for these actions, as you state, she has had loads of time, to invent them.
In TS's mind, they will all 'fit' the circumstances.

*BOMBSHELL* ;)
This explains so much - I had no idea about the custody battle, or that they had been together that long, or that mom had been sick. I have been trying to figure out the marriage timelines and dynamics but haven't been following this case long enough to pick up on any of that (I only have about 50 YT videos left to listen to). That makes her remark about Landen that much more vicious. I can't even type what I am thinking right now.
Yes, TS attempted many times to emphasize that she fought so hard and did so much over the years to "save" the kids from a bad situation.
Her words only show just how resentful she was and how entitled she felt. She wanted to be appreciated and adored by her husband and probably expected LH to thank her and praise her for everything she did.
A normal person would care for her husband's kids out of love and wouldn't expect anything in return.
But TS seemed to think she was owed something and the anger and resentment was likely brewing for a long time.

Imo

Exactly! Just like hours after murdering GS, there she was pontificating on camera how she was due a sincere apology. Always, it's all about GS...

I'm convinced finding Gannon in Florida wasn't a random thing and look forward to hearing just how it all came down, probably with T advancing from jurisdiction to jurisdiction like a piece on a game board with LE watching all the way.

When I ponder the hundreds of isolated wooded areas she passed before finally throwing the suitcase and Gannon over the bridge, her stupidity overwhelms me anew.

She gets my vote for the all-time dumb-as-a-brick award with sincere apologies to runners-up, smile-for-the-camera-Chris Watts and Patrick Frazee.
I agree with you I'm convinced it wasn't random. They stated right away when it was announced that they suspected it was Gannon. They didnt even wait on an autopsy to verify before making this public. How would they suspect that if they weren't already looking. Maybe state police there in Florida, or even states along the route, were given heads up. I'm sure there are enough kids missing closer to Florida than Colorado. The only other possibility was that something within the suitcase matched identifying information that matched right away to information in an FBI database despite the distant location. Possibly??? IMO

Wow I missed that fact somehow. Thank you I'm always checking for any new info Ayla. She's one of the many I look in on.

Hers is one of the most frustrating cases, where the inconsistent stories surrounding her disappearance demand some arrests, which never seem like they will happen.

MOO there is a somewhat successful method to her madness, by supplying shifting stories there is the hope of taking advantage of busy people by flooding the environment with all manner of things that need to be checked out. The liar hopes it all the trouble subsides due to other priorities coming along for the authorities and the method is useless against investigating agencies that throw all their resources at the stories. MOO it is a method that only works for situations where the authorities are over taxed and can't keep up. In this case the search alone was probably a million dollars and the Colorado tax payers are glad to foot the bill.

MOO it was Rapid DNA which
only takes 4 hours.

Justin Depetreo took out a life insurance policy on Ayla Reynolds, his toddler daughter, in the weeks before she disappeared.

I think little Ayla's death was about dad getting out of child support -- tired of garnished wages when he did work. I believe it was on NG where an insurance rep (State Farm??) pretty much discounted this a motive because AR missing/dead even before the waiting period met. I think it was only $2-2,500. Otherwise, you'd think the police would have acted on it along with the blood evidence.

It was a surprise to them, IIRC! I'm almost certain that in the arrest affadavit, they state that they feel his remains may have been scattered by wildlife explaining why they found the board but not him.
Agree -- and the AA predates GS discovery in Florida.

MOO the AA has Agent witnesses from FBI offices along her route.
The deviaton from 10 is slight, adds only 5 minutes to go through Pace. The stop and toss could have taken a minute. MOO I would say the bag was tossed late at night when road empty, pulling over in the fast lane, unless it floated there.

Life insurance:
Once upon a time, I had a $2500 child rider on my term life insurance policy. Single mom, no child support, just something to help out my minor kids in case something happened to me. My son (also a Sonic fan) died the night of his GF's HS graduation. They paid double because he wore his seat belt. Sigh... it *is* a lot of money when you live paycheck to paycheck. But believe me, I'd pay that many many times over to have him back.

Justice for Gannon, and Landon, and Albert, and Laina.

.....and from another. I can't imagine the pain of losing a child. God bless you, Watergirl.

I listened to the same ‘interview’ which was a recorded phone call between one of AS’s brother & a knucklehead “Youtuber with a phone”. It made my blood boil the call was even played on the youtube channel. With brothers like that, who needs enemies. Moo, the brother added nothing to the investigation for getting justice for Gannon. Gannon was surely murdered to cover up recent abuse by TS, with an added benefit in T’s eyes, of hurting his parents. My opinion of course.

edited to add for clarification - AS’s brother asked specifically for the phone call to NOT be posted on YouTube!
It's true, AS's brother did ask Putz with a Phone not to share his conversation. But honestly, what did he think PWP would do with that information? He's not LE?
