Have you watched the YouTube vidie where he tells her he's bleeding. There was only one and then later that part was cut off. Believe it or not SHE put it on youtube.

This was the point where I had to get off of WS for a period of time for my mental health. As a mom to boys about the same age, it affected me too much for words.

I would think HH would be an essential witness for the prosecution since Leticia texted her to buy cleaning supplies on the day Gannon disappeared, if I recall correctly.

Can't believe this trial actually seems like it's going to start in under 2 short weeks. Such a wild/depressing/crazy ride it's been.

Just when you thought things couldn't get crazier in this case she would one up us all.

That being said, I still am sitting here wondering if she has one last trick up her sleeve to try and delay this trial.

For Gannon and the rest of the family, let's hope not.

Completely understandable. When you've been on WS for a long time there comes a time when it's time for that hiatus ... it's almost expected in order to stay positive. Many of these cases are brutal, beyond belief and some I can't enough touch.

Gannon's is a tough one, hard to think about. Thankful for the strong sleuths here ready to move forward for Gannon.Our sole purpose if for Gannon getting justice! Ready to give Gannon back his voice. A voice that we WILL not allow to be silenced.

I just ordered a bigger crockpot because I gave my big one to my daughter-in-law. I need a big one so I can make large chicken casseroles and chilli con carne and our famous 'homicide lasagna' recipe on Felony Fridays.

She may be a witness although being on the witness list doesn't necessarily mean she'll be called. I don't know that she's essential though. LE has the store receipt and has the text from Leticia's phone records. I don't know that H saying "I got the text, I read the text, and I did it as it asked" is essential. But having H testify to that wouldn't be surprising either.

Can you imagine LS, after not getting her way ( avoiding the trial and facing her accusers...on Video)....acting up to such a degree that Darrell Brooks did? She would be sent to another room, and silenced. There will be no boxes to hide behind, however she may get a sense of removal from the proceedings. I can see her attempting something during trial, especially if it makes her appear "insane". IMO

A glass box would be good where she can hear the proceedings and message her attorneys, but where she cannot be heard when others are testifying. You're right, it is a real concern.

Agreed @katydid23. I was horrified when I saw that video. I’ll never get over it.

To think she thought she looked like a good stepmom in that video defies comprehension.

Of all the artifacts related to this case, I have never been able to (have enough courage to) watch the video although I heard so much about it. At the time it represented to me the turning point from possibly having been a one-time accident, which is bad enough, to deep cruelty, which is unbearable to think what Gannon's life was like. Once more details on the injuries and blood was released, it only got worse. This will be a tough one but it's owed to him.

HH's "situation" with LS is bigger than a few texts and cleaning supplies.

Example: LS contacted HH while HH worked at Massage Envy in Colorado Springs. The pair talked for close to an hour before Stauch drove to Massage Envy and met up with her daughter.

LS left her Tiguan at Massage Envy parking lot at around midnight, after meeting Harley there...HH picked her mother up and drove away.

Another example: Investigators seized HH's car and cell phone.

Another example: February 3, LS then drove 1000+ miles to Pace with her daughter. Security footage, cellphone data, and receipts placed Harley with her mother in Florida.

Also: On February 4 at around 10:38 a.m. LS and HH checked into a room at the Candlewood Suites in Pensacola. At 4:30 a.m. the following morning, the van travels a little under three miles to the Pace Bridge.

The pair then checked out of the hotel, went to Orlando, then drove to South Carolina.

Its been confirmed that altho HH has not been criminally charged, the only two people involved in the case investigation are Stauch and her daughter.

Then there was on 1-28 LS texts to Harley to pull HH's car into garage.

There is more.
There is much for prosecution to question HH about.

Have already got a front row seat to this upcoming trial. As with the AM trial I will be taking in every movement of this dark soul, every wrinkle of the brow, every fidgity movement of a finger and as far as I'm concerned there is no "Best light" that the defense can shine upon her that doesn't cast a shadow behind of the dark soul within.

I would really like her to testify about the drive back East, when 'the suitcase' was dumped under the bridge. Was she there when her Mom did that? IIRC, they may have been checked into a motel for the night, and her Mom may have gone off by herself to do the dump?

Okay maybe she didn't know what was going on for awhile, but she must've figured it out before the Florida trip. She has crucial info. Plus, I want Prosecution to ask HH what kind of treatment of sweet Gannon she saw coming from her mother on an everyday, ongoing basis.​

Heartbreaking to think that she dragged her kid into this trolly car to hell and hold a glimmer of hope that the child's involvement wasn't as deep as some of the evidence may show. This would set the child herself on a dim future and again showing all that some apples fall next to the rotten ones laying there.

She was brought up by this shape shifting deranged mother, so I feel sorry for HH in that respect. I'm sure HH must feel guilt for any involvement she had in this mess, whether she knew exactly what was going on or not. She probably feels guilt for listening and following along with her evil mother's requests, and the plans that were ultimately a cover-up to a murder and the disposal of a body.

She went along perhaps innocently not seeing the connections to a crime, or acting like she hadn't figured it out or wasn't sure, or she had figured it out. She allowed herself to get roped into her mother's manipulations. I hope she is distancing herself from her mother now. It'd be good therapy to tell the truth and spill what she knows. All MOO.​
