Here’s a link to the post that Sheriff’s office. It has a picture underneath of a grey/white puzzle with all pieces except one missing. Due to the fact that they put thought into what they release to the public, do you think it may be a sign? Or just a random image search of puzzles online?

A subtle message they only need one more piece to the puzzle?

I asked the same thing. There's silence...
new developments might be all consuming for some??
bigger fish to fry per say o_O

I think that would have been done early on. A warrant may have been served to collect her DNA and fingerprints.

It’s a common occurrence.

Very common as it should be. Betting the farm that AS and LH didn’t require a warrant to offer their DNA or fingerprints. JMO

This was also my recollection from the video. It was first on the street, then backed to the driveway, and GS came out of the house and got in on the drivers, passenger side.

Um, I wonder how AS got to the airport ? For a weekend trip, my husband typically parks at the airport.

I just read that she could refuse unless she's been charged. I doubt she volunteered. moo
You cannot refuse when a warrant is obtained. You can only refuse when there isn’t a warrant.

She might have dropped him off or one of the other people from his unit came and picked him up. Like carpooling or something maybe?

I thought that the truck was originally parked on the side of the street in the morning in the first video at 10 a.m. it shows her getting in the car and then backing into the driveway to let Gannon in.
That’s what I thought too, based on what we saw of the video.

I apologize if my wording rubbed you and others the wrong way and was simply using the “apology” reference to bolster my point about the potential for her to be unfairly convicted in the public sphere and probably should have been left out as it seems to have distracted from the point I’m trying to make.

Especially since I personally wouldn’t be making an apology because I think, and very strongly, that he is alive, that there are many different layers to a complex situation and that the main players went outside the bounds of the law despite their, mostly, good intentions.
Relay:
"that the main players went outside the bounds of the law despite their, mostly, good intentions."
Who would that be??

I may have missed this, but did they give the reasoning for suspending the search?

LE has been impressively (albeit, frustrating) tight-lipped about this whole investigation. Any chance that it could have been suspended because they found him, but aren't ready to make any announcements yet?

(I realize that's probably very, very unlikely)

You cannot refuse when a warrant is obtained. You can only refuse when there isn’t a warrant.

We may be astounded when we discover the magnitude of the warrants in this case.

Also, given how she presents herself, there is a possibility, bizarre as it may seem, that she volunteered a DNA sample.

Nah, I see him leaving it there

Yeah, it wouldn’t shock me. Especially if they took it before they began pressing her hard.

Either way, I’d be surprised if they didn’t have it.

Which vehicle was used for the GOG visit on Sunday, did anybody notice?

Hello everyone, long time listener, first time caller. I’m honored to officially become part of the Websleuths community.

I’ve been very hesitant to post by thoughts on Gannons case both out of the potentially sensitive nature of the investigation and the backlash that surely comes with anyone daring to suggest LS/TS/SM is anything less than a suspect in Gannons disappearance.

So let me begin by stating my disgust toward anyone assuming his death and assuming her guilt. This community is better than that. Other than the amount of time passed, there is literally nothing, NOTHING that suggests he is dead. This includes LE statements and actions. I will admit that I felt pessimistic about the direction/outcome of this case until I realized NONE of the FACTS tell us to feel that way. LE, despite what seems like common logic, isn’t even designating it a criminal investigation.

If anyone else felt like there were more questions than answers as the investigation moves forward, replace the assumption that LS harmed him with the assumption he’s alive. There are far fewer circumstances where this makes sense but an interesting thing begins to happen with this assumption...not only are there less questions, there’s hardly any questions at all and things begin to look crystal clear. JMHO.

IMO there are two scenarios we are dealing with and BOTH involve apologies to LS.

We’ve been given a lot of bones to ignore the steak.

Before I get toasted to oblivion from the pitchfork wielding mob against LS, do not forget we are not far removed from Shane Carey being all but convicted in the public eye and did a darn good job at making himself look that way, intended or not. LE is not dumb, they will misdirect intentionally to preserve the integrity of the investigation and they are most likely to do this when they think the victim is alive.

Whether you agree or not, I encourage everyone to at least pretend to have a little hope. 7,000+ investigative hours can’t be discounted just because we haven’t heard what we want to hear. IMO

Welcome, first time caller.
Gotta say, I categorically disagree, which means you have disgust for me, I guess.
That's fine, we're all allowed to disagree.
Not that it matters, in any way, but I never suspected Shane Carey.
In this case, even if it turns out TS is entirely innocent of Gannon's disappearance, she has already made a perfectly clear display of her dishonest, callous, self-serving character.

Your mileage may vary.

Regardless of the outcome, I won’t be extending an apology to a first class liar. Sorry, that self centred woman deserves NO apology, ever!
JMHO.

I couldn’t agree more.
She isn’t innocent though

I couldn't remember the name of the device I mentioned in an earlier post but thought of it today. they are kinda expensive but I think the FBI has them in their toolkits. They are known as stingrays but technically an IMSI catcher.
cellular stingray - بحث Google

He was away at National Guard training right? The NG transports the squadrons from the local base to wherever they need to go. My husband is a retired Guardsman and whenever he had trainings he would only need to go to his home base. For out of state training they flew them out from there.

If they search the home they can get her DNA quite easily.
