But it doesn't know when I'm at a sub shop eating an italian beef with extra hot peppers causing me to sweat and have an increased heart rate, leading to indigestion and heartburn for the next 6 hours triggering it to notify me "are you at that same sub shop again? maybe you would prefer a salad today?" All my cell phone does is tell my wife I'm eating a sandwich, will be home soon.

I’m of the opinion that nothing is worse than being upset and getting the “breathe “ notification. I did have a Pixel (for VR), and nothing makes me feel more like a piece than “Let’s adjust your move minutes”, AKA you’ve been really lazy this week, dude.

I've been following these threads for a bit and decided to finally join. Completely captivated by this case.

Do we think TS has voluntarily given LE access to her icloud and devices? Does Al have the power to do that as someone that's probably on all the accounts? Can LE get warrants for things like this even if there's not a suspect? Biggest questions I have right now after the new crime online interview.

She could give certain things to them voluntarily, but they’ve certainly utilized search warrants for all sorts of things here (home, vehicles, devices; things like that).

To get a search warrant, you need probable cause that a crime was committed. It appears they’ve had that since the early days, and this is in fact a criminal investigation.

They don’t have to publicly name a suspect, to have a suspect. It’s pretty clear they do.

Yep, it's from his hydration pac/Camelback. What you drink the water out of the bladder/reservoir with.

I think she did initially but then stopped. You can't divert from being cooperative before they suspect you, but after it's obvious I think she shut down the cooperation. And I think that all happened in the first week to week and a half. JMO

You know, if you are really, truly worried about mileage on your lease, you might wanna, oh, I don't know, shop at stores in the decently large city that you currently live in (population of 465,000 as of 2016 and I am sure much higher now) rather than drive an hour and a half each way with a sick child to a MUCH smaller town (population of 57,000 as of 2016).
But I guess you probably DO have a butt ton of miles on a leased vehicle if you consistently drive hours to go to stores which are actually, in fact, just a few miles from your home.

That picture was featured on the first missing poster, and I have to believe she had a hand in that.

I mean when a kid is missing and you’re trying to get the word out, who doesn’t circulate a group photo to aid in the effort?

The data obtained from it by LE would have surely led them to Gannon by now, wouldn't it.??

It has led them very close to where he is. Keep in mind that she wandered around over a very large area. And then, it snowed (it snowed on Tuesday, right?)

Isn't it obvious that they've known, for a couple of weeks, more or less where to search? No county spends all that money and person hours randomly looking for evidence/a body. That's what those probes were for. That's why they were being gentle with the snow and the search.

They know where she stopped, of course. And where she slowed down. (If she really had her Apple Watch, which I believe she did). Where she walked. That explains SO much about the nature of the search (going behind that one gate, up on the mound, having 2-3 other searches nearby). It explains the next search.

Gannon is likely under snow. They will find him, but they are going to need luck, and lots of searching (but after the Spring thaw, it will be easier).

Oddly, TS finally did something edging toward "the right thing." She admitted she was up there in that area where they're searching, wandering around and that Gannon was with her (sick but with her). She continues to lie about her return to the house, but I guess that's the panic that comes from realizing that she's about to face the music.

Although it resembles a central line catheter it is far too long and would require an opening from his chest through his clothing which doesn’t appear to be the case.
I think it’s a hydration straw. Looks almost like the one I just pulled up on amazon “hydration bladder liter”. IMO

IMO if I had viewed my surveillance and saw something worth reporting such as RD did, I'd have given it to police only. Unless instructed otherwise by them of course. When local news tried to talk to me about a murder in my area, I told them if I had anything useful to say, I'd tell the detectives not them.

IIRC RD did take to the police. The detectives probably told him their preference on publicizing it.
He was the one that viewed the tape before the usual 7 day video retention date was over.
So I would wait and see and be thankful that he, a citizen followed up.

It is also vital information for the general public. LE depend upon joepublic for information about sightings in unusual places etc..
There is a much wider interest in finding this child .

That's often very true but it's not always the case. The information they already have may be solid enough that releasing certain other information to the general public would be pointless at best, and at worst detrimental to the case by generating false leads or tipping off suspects.

I was initially surprised she would like the photo. Her expression looks So Annoyed. “The eyes are the window to the soul” the pout is not a happy one. Compare to his bio mom’s photos.

I think that LE has the situation covered, and have kept all options open, rather that develop tunnel vision...but I am reminded of the moral behind the boy who cried wolf story...when he finally DID see the wolf, no one believed him, and the wolf ate him...sooooo in order to keep my mind occupied...wouldn’t it be poetic justice if our wicked SM actually was telling truth, this one time?! and Gannon did run away?And then an accident or circumstance really did prevent him from returning home? We have enough circumstantial evidence from LS to probably convict her, chances are good, determining cod could prove difficult now...soooo, she could just be covering up w/ her lies, the fact that she IS a horrible mother, and someone an 11 yr old would be desperate enough to run away from.I also questioned the length of time AS was to be gone? I can certainly see Gannon hiding out, if his dad was coming home soon...if I were in Colorado Springs, I would look closer to home, in areas that Gannon might be familiar w/ ie around,his school, where dad works, or SM shops, not the Castle Rock wgc, but areas Gannon is more familiar w/...5 miles or less, honestly, I don’t think LS is capable of keeping a secret for this long, if she really knew where he is, she would have slipped up....seriously, they HAVE all kinds of evidence, no body?!...IMO MOO, and so on, don’t jump on me, plz, just let me blissfully hope... she could go to prison for her habitual lying/coverup behavior, especially w/ no body, If his body is found now, it may be harder to prove she did it, after 30 days?
