All I really know for sure is that she is responsible for him being missing.

And for all we know even that may turn out to be wrong. But I don't think so.

This is my first time posting. A comment on websleuths though. I am a lurker. I have been following the Gannon Stauch case and I feel like I have a theory. Are you allowed to post a hypothetical Theory on this forum? I apologize. I'm new to commenting on this.

He may have no custody for all we know? They seem to have a decent relationship maybe she just asked him to take the kids for a while and legally she still has physical custody.

No idea what they have on paper or by agreement between themselves, just responding to the custody topic and explaining that here in CO, there are two aspects of custody. I would be surprised that he has nothing, but they live with him. And someone has to have decision making power, whether it’s one or both. Anyway, TS dumped on the mother unfairly. We see who has the maternal qualities.

Occam's Razor..this is just a guess on my part but sometimes in situations where a living arrangement changes, kids, especially older ones may not be happy in the situation with a different dynamic. Maybe they want their Mom and Dad back together, perhaps they voiced this opinion and it's not well recieved.

Added to this, we have no insight regarding the relationship between AS and TS, although if I had to guess I would say there's a good chance the relationship was on the rocks. AS kicked TS out of the home when he realized something was wrong and his son was nowhere to be found. This is very telling because in most relationships there is usually the benefit of doubt, but not here. I am thinking the relationship was already in a bad place.

Perhaps Dad saw some warning signs, things that didn't sit well. If Gannon voiced his dislike for his step mom along with other red flags seen by Dad, TS may have come up with a plan so that AS couldn't just easily cast her aside because now his son is missing. A power play on her part. You know what they say about a woman scorned. Even though it's a highly immature and juvinille way to deal with a relationship gone bad, some people can be just that vindictive.

During the 1st press conference with EPCSO, LH said something along the lines, we’re here for you, mommy and daddy are here...I know that’s your biggest wish (approx :53 seconds in)

Not to make where I live sound like Mayberry, but I only know of one or two homes in our neighborhood with visible security cameras. The Ring doorbell is even less likely.

Run half naked down your street and if there’s a community Facebook page for your neighborhood, I bet you find out there are a lot more than you realize.

I have three company offices around the world that are rented and each one has multiple Ring cameras. My last home was rented and had a Ring camera. Half the people on my street in San Francisco are renters and most of them have Ring doorbells. They connect to your house with two screws and a bracket. As long as you have wifi, not that big of a deal to have.

So did the landlords, or the tenants have access to the cameras? Or did the tenants buy them themselves?

How often do you have to change the batteries?
(I'm thinking about getting one)

It would be interesting to know whether or not the articles of clothing GS is wearing in RD's video on Monday morning match the clothing description TS gave LE when she contacted them to report him as a missing "runaway."

Was he wearing a coat in the video, can anyone tell?
Description of what he was last seen wearing on the missing posters is blue hoodie, jeans and tennis shoes.
No jacket.

If GS goes outside to the car in the video without a coat on, it may be because he physically couldn't put a coat on.

I think he was grievously wounded somehow prior to leaving the house Monday morning…I'm just wondering if he may have been injured some time on Sunday, his condition was left untreated and it worsened overnight.

I have a very plausible Theory. And It is long, and I'm not sure where to post. Hypothetical possibilities I definitely would not want to offend anyone. But I have a theory based on extensive research and the timeline of a possible scenario. My roommates and I Spend evenings talking about life events, and we've been following this case and we really think we might have a possible Theory.

In the video footage that was released where Gannon got into the truck, I took note that Gannon was wearing what looked to be grey athletic pants with white stripes running down the sides. Yet in an article released after the video was released, I believe it was the Daily Mail that said he was wearing black jeans, something is not right here!
